I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. She also helped with some post-wedding issues even though she could have wiped her hands and been done with the event day of. I've already told multiple people in her area to book her immediately.

We first met Connie Clark when our daughter was organizing her wedding reception. At that time, Connie was involved with a startup venue that was undergoing renovations. To cut a long story short, around 7 PM the evening before our daughter's reception, it became clear that the venue was not prepared. When the venue manager was not responding to her calls, she rallied the group that was financing the remodeling project. By 10 PM, the lead investor instructed Connie to find an alternative location for the reception, which was scheduled for the following evening. Connie reached out to a nearby coffee shop/bar, explained the situation, and requested the on-duty manager to contact the owner to see if the reception could be held there. Shortly after, Connie received confirmation that the reception would take place at the new venue. She informed the investment group about the change in location and began reorganizing for the new space. Our family learned of the change around 7:30 AM on the day of the reception, and once we gave our approval, Connie assembled a team and transformed the coffee house/bar into a beautiful reception hall. What Connie managed to coordinate and accomplish in such a brief period was truly remarkable.

Her background in planning events started in the nonprofit industry in 2004, when she was responsible for coordinating the annual Shake it for Shelter fundraising event at COMPASS for Kids for several years. At Cradles to Crayons, Sarah oversaw all of the organization's signature events, including the 700-person annual Backpack-a-thon and the largest fundraiser of the year, the "Un-Gala". Sarah also worked at Facing History and Ourselves, where she planned their annual 900-person benefit dinner and advised their ten company offices on event strategy and execution.

When we started wedding planning, the only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted day-of coordination support. After we toured Olio and met Sarah, booking with her team at Without A Hitch was a no brainer and truly worth every penny. Our coordinator, Allison, supported us all along the way; no question was too big or too small. Her responses were timely, infinitely useful, and a massive weight off of our shoulders throughout the entire process. We leaned on many of her recommendations for vendors, including some of our very favorite wedding components like the arcade games we set up for guests and our awesome DJ. As we got closer to the event, it became clear just how great our choice was to work with Allison and Without a Hitch, they kept us (and our many, many vendors!) organized and I felt confident our day would go to plan. Allison was encouraging, kind, and even helped up coordinate an epic visit from Santa Claus to surprise our guests on the dance floor. The Without a Hitch team was so professional and couple-oriented, I could really tell they wanted us to have the experience we were looking for, and put us first throughout the process. We couldn't have done it without them!

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

If you are looking for someone with a "don't worry, I got this" approach and who delivers, BOOK LIV! Even if you think you have everything accounted for, you don't, but Liv does! Liv truly stepped up for the ceremony to make sure all of our requests happened, even with changes happening the day before. The reception was perfect and Liv made sure our vision became a reality. I brought a lot of extra decor so I'm sure it was not easy to set everything up, but Liv made it happen! I was able to enjoy the day and not fret about details. First off, if you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner look no further. Cassie is THE best!! We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! Knowing she had it all under control gave us the peace of mind to fully enjoy our day. What truly touched us were the thoughtful extras. Cassie took photos and videos on her phone throughout the day, capturing moments and details we didn’t even think to ask for. My wedding was this past weekend, and I still want to shout Amanda's praises from every rooftop! Hire her now! We had a complex wedding design: a full three-night, four-day weekend with several different spaces and layouts involved, and different guest lists for each day. Amanda handled everything masterfully. Every detail was exactly as we imagined (and more!), and she was a true joy to work with. My mother and I have different working styles and visions, and somehow Amanda found a way to meet both of our needs at each turn and help us avoid any conflict with one another. Amanda is highly detail-oriented and has a way of handling so many things "behind the scenes" and well in advance of the wedding - including crafting much of the decor and guest gifts weeks in advance, then personally transporting them to the wedding. It was efforts like this that really set her apart from other planners -- measurably reducing our stress each moment and taking things off our very full plates. We will genuinely miss speaking and working with Amanda. Our only regret was not hiring her sooner - she joined us after we had personally booked our venue and a handful of vendors, but having her with us earlier would have only enhanced our planning process.

I first heard about Abibi Bridal when I was assisting my best friend CakedbyMel assemble a wedding cake in New Hampshire in September 2023. Mind you, I was visiting my best friend in Boston for the weekend because it was her birthday. I live in New York, so I took a flight to Boston to spend time with her. My friend was hired to construct the wedding cake by Abibi Bridal because Abibi Bridal was booked as the wedding planner for the wedding. I was observing how Abbe was working with the vendors and the wedding party, and I was instantly impressed. I walked up to Abbe and told her; I am getting married next year, and I am going to book you to plan my wedding. Abbe said of course! I set up my consultation with Abbe and I booked her for her wedding coordination services immediately. I just knew Abbe and her team would execute. From when I booked Abibi Bridal at the beginning of October 2023, up until the day of the wedding, April 25, 2024, Abbe has been a blessing when it came to planning my wedding. Even though she was booked for wedding coordination, Abbe was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and just overall amazing throughout the entire process. She knew exactly what vendors would work great with the vision I had. Abbe knows all the best vendors and has great relationships with so many amazing vendors, that you know the vendors will execute not only because they are dedicated to their craft, because of their relationship with Abbe and Abibi Bridal. Now let’s fast forward to the day before the wedding, Abbe and her team came down from Boston, and from the moment Abbe and her team arrived until the end of the wedding the following day, Abbe and her team were all hands on deck! When I say the level of professionalism Abbe and her team had is unmatched compared to other wedding planning teams I heard about. She was a shield from all the stress, questions, unsolicited advice, and energy that was heading my way. Words honestly cannot describe what Abbe and her team did for my wedding. On the big day itself, Annie made sure everything went smoothly, handling any issues with vendors gracefully and firmly so my husband and I could simply relax and enjoy ourselves. She truly went above and beyond, coordinating all aspects of the ceremony and reception so that not one person bothered us. Annie created an angelic wedding space that embodied my ideas and style. I could not have pulled off my dream wedding without her skill and emotional support every step of the way. Working with Anna at Hunt Creative Events was an absolute dream from start to finish. I interviewed multiple planners but after our call I knew that she was the one to help bring our dream wedding weekend to life. She planned multiple events for our wedding weekend and executed every single one flawlessly. Each design she created perfectly reflected our vision—from the color palettes and linens to the smallest details, everything felt cohesive, elegant, and personal. What really stood out was how well Anna knows her vendors! Her relationships and expertise made every decision smoother, and she guided us toward choices that were both beautiful and practical. Despite searching high and low for vendors myself, Anna somehow always knew the perfect vendor I didn’t find that fit everything we were looking for. Working with Marissa and her team at MB Events, was by far the best decision my husband and I could have made during our wedding planning process. Marissa truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and her passion for her work is apparent from start to finish. My husband and I chose a venue where every aspect of our wedding needed to be coordinated with third-party vendors (string quartet, DJ, catering (incl. table, chairs, linens), set up, breakdown, etc). When we realized how much we underestimated the time and coordination needed to plan such an important event, we knew we needed help. Enter: MB Events. From the start, Marissa kept my husband and I organized throughout the entire wedding planning process, ensuring our vision for the day came to fruition, and truly made our wedding day better than we had ever expected. We planned an outdoor wedding, and inevitably it was supposed to pour (thunder, lightning, flood, tornado warnings), and Marissa and her team worked from sunup to sundown to ensure that our day was exactly as we had imagined, rain or shine. Marissa was an advocate for my husband and I when difficult day-of -decisions needed to be made in relation to the rain, which allowed us to just “focus and take in the moment” which we are extremely grateful for. With some last minute timeline adjustments by Marissa, we were able to have the outdoor ceremony of our dreams. This would not have happened without the expertise and dedication of Marissa and her team. Multiple times throughout the wedding planning process I told my husband that Marissa seems to be the only vendor we chose that is actually “on our side.” We struggled with the organization and responses of other vendors, especially as the wedding season was in full swing, but Marissa never missed a moment. She was professional, quick to respond, and extremely reliable. I know that there are many options when choosing a wedding planner, but I can honestly say, I believe Marissa and her team to be the best there is. Personally, the only downside I’ve found about working with Marissa has been the end of it all… because it feels kind of like I don’t have my best friend around anymore!

We could not have asked for our day to have been more perfect and it is all thanks to MK. We got married in October 2023 and were completely in over our heads with the planning process with no idea what to do after selecting a venue. I had met MK when I was a recently engaged bridesmaid for one of my best friends and she was her day-of planner. Not only was I incredibly impressed with MK at that wedding, but my parents who were also in attendance said we HAD to have MK help us with our wedding. Through the planning process, MK made it incredibly easy to navigate and decide on vendors when there were a billion to choose from. She was our line of communication with our vendors throughout the entire process through email, Zoom, and phone calls so when the wedding day came everything fell into place just as it was supposed to. MK and Keara made sure nothing was out of place the entire day; from the venue, to the vendors, the wedding party, the guests - if there was I still don't know about it to this day!
