Sarah has been planning events of all sizes for nearly 20 years. Her background in planning events started in the nonprofit industry in 2004, when she was responsible for coordinating the annual Shake it for Shelter fundraising event at COMPASS for Kids for several years. At Cradles to Crayons, Sarah oversaw all of the organization's signature events, including the 700-person annual Backpack-a-thon and the largest fundraiser of the year, the "Un-Gala". Sarah also worked at Facing History and Ourselves, where she planned their annual 900-person benefit dinner and advised their ten company offices on event strategy and execution.

After hundreds of weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, and celebrations coordinated across New England over the past decade, we have perfected our single package which includes the components that our clients need.

    We worked with Ashley & Sarah for our October 2025 wedding at Pagu in Cambridge and we had a wonderful experience. I was definitely on the fence about hiring a coordinator as our venue didn't necessarily come with one. I heard positive things about hiring one and specifically about Without a Hitch. After deciding we wanted to go through with booking, it truly was the right decision. Every time we spoke to another vendor and told them we had Without a Hitch as our day-of coordinator, the vendors would *literally* breathe a sigh of relief and tell us how great of a decision it was to hire them. As a very Type B bride, it was also helpful to have them asking questions about specifics which then prompted me to get the answers to those questions to make sure things were organized and communicated clearly. They asked us questions about plenty of things that didn't even cross my mind! Most importantly, they helped us to set up a timeline which I was dreading creating--they made it easy to do so and kept it updated as I continued to make decisions and get information from other vendors. Ashley was with us on our day and she also did a walk through with us the day before. She did such a great job calming our anxiety and made sure we were taken care of and that things were generally running smoothly and *on time!* She also made sure all of our details that we worked so hard on were set up beautifully and that people knew where they were and where they needed to go. If you're on the fence like I was, let this be your sign--do it! Book them. You won't regret it.

    When we started wedding planning, the only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted day-of coordination support. After we toured Olio and met Sarah, booking with her team at Without A Hitch was a no brainer and truly worth every penny. Our coordinator, Allison, supported us all along the way; no question was too big or too small. Her responses were timely, infinitely useful, and a massive weight off of our shoulders throughout the entire process. We leaned on many of her recommendations for vendors, including some of our very favorite wedding components like the arcade games we set up for guests and our awesome DJ. As we got closer to the event, it became clear just how great our choice was to work with Allison and Without a Hitch, they kept us (and our many, many vendors!) organized and I felt confident our day would go to plan. Allison was encouraging, kind, and even helped up coordinate an epic visit from Santa Claus to surprise our guests on the dance floor. The Without a Hitch team was so professional and couple-oriented, I could really tell they wanted us to have the experience we were looking for, and put us first throughout the process. We couldn't have done it without them!

    Molly and Sarah were incredible to work with!! They were so kind and professional, and they went above and beyond our expectations for day-of coordination. As soon as we had the initial planning call with them, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders! They were responsive, organized, and proactive throughout the process of creating our timeline. Having Molly there on the wedding day allowed us to be present and relaxed, knowing everything was taken care of in her very capable, organized hands. I couldn’t recommend them more!

    We’re so happy to have had Molly from Without A Hitch as our day-of coordinator! Our wedding day truly felt like a dream, and we know that it wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without her behind the scenes making it all happen.
