Our planners are certified, through The Wedding Planner Society, the nation’s leading wedding certification program, and have over 20 years of various event production and wedding industry experience.     We had such an incredible experience working with Pine Events Co. for our wedding in October. Amanda was attentive, timely, and organized throughout the wedding planning process. We were put at ease knowing that all things coordination were being handled by Amanda; we trusted her completely and quickly established a great rapport. On wedding day, Amanda was available and quite literally on top of everything. She worked seamlessly with my photographer to make a last-minute change to our timeline on the morning of the wedding (indecisive bride over here!). Our day was so special, and it would not have been possible without Amanda. I highly recommend Pine Events Co. for its wedding planning services!

    I cannot reccomend Pine Events Co enough! My visions were not only brought to life, but exceeded by a mile. It was like a dream come true to walk into our venue and see everything executed so perfectly. Jessica was incredible to work with and I looked forward to our calls. She made my wedding so special. I spoke with a lot of planners before Jessica but once I spoke to her I knew right away. choosing Pine Events was the best choice I made for the wedding.

    Jessica delivered everything you’d hope for in a day-of coordinator: she was communicative, available, and handled all vendor interactions seamlessly. But what truly set her apart—and what made the biggest difference for us—was how deeply she understood the unconventional vision we already had for our wedding. She fully embraced it and took the time necessary to execute it with care and intention. Her support made the entire experience feel authentic to who we are, and our day wouldn’t have been the same without her. We’re incredibly grateful for her partnership and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a planner who truly listens and delivers.

    Amanda was so helpful in planning our wedding, and we felt more and more grateful to her expertise as the day got closer. Everyone told us how important it is to have a day of coordinator, so that is why we initially hired Amanda; however, we were beyond thankful that she was there for more than just the day-of. When inevitable changes happened along the way, Amanda was quick to communicate the new plans with all of our vendors and she navigated it all with ease. Amanda had connections with so many affordable vendors, and she was able to find us an amazing caterer for 1/3 the price of the quotes we got from the random caterers we reached out to on our own prior to hiring her. Our wedding was exactly as we dreamed, and we have Amanda and Emily, at Pine Events, to thank for helping make the day run so smoothly.
