From the very first meeting, she helped us stay organized and gave us the confidence that everything would run smoothly. On the wedding day itself, things didn’t exactly go as planned, it ended up pouring during our outdoor ceremony (we’re talking over an inch of rain in just half an hour!) moving everything under the tent. Even in the middle of all that chaos, Jamie and her team handled it with such calm professionalism. She was literally soaking wet from walking us and the bridal party to under the tent for the ceremony. Her team also did a fantastic job with the styling and décor. We had a few last-minute changes, but everything still came together beautifully. Since our wedding was at our home (not a traditional venue), I know it made her job more challenging, but you would have never known. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Jamie and her team. They made our day perfect, even under very imperfect weather conditions. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and willing to go above and beyond, I would 100% recommend Louisa Co. Events.

She helped me with everything from choosing my wedding dress to managing tailoring timelines, and she made sure I had every detail booked and organized well in advance. Even though we were planning from different states, Brittany made it seamless with thoughtful coordination calls and constant communication. Distance was never an issue. In the week leading up to the wedding, she truly came through. Brittany joined me at the venue for a full walkthrough, helped set up our archways, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. When my hair stylist unexpectedly canceled, Brittany stepped in immediately and saved the day by helping with both my hair and my mom’s—something I will forever be grateful for. She didn’t stop there. The day after the wedding, Brittany also helped coordinate and execute a beautiful brunch for our guests at our home, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy time with everyone. Brittany is calm, organized, kind, and incredibly capable under pressure. Having her by my side made the entire experience stress-free and joyful. We hired Cassie just a few months before our big day after having some communication issues with our venues coordinators, and from the moment she joined, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She truly made our wedding stress-free and magical, handling every detail with incredible care. Cassie attended our final details meeting the day before the wedding, and our entire wedding party was blown away by her professionalism and calm demeanor. She guided the rehearsal effortlessly, making sure we were all on the same page, which made the big day run smoothly. On the wedding day, Cassie handled everything seamlessly. She helped with the little things, like holding my flowers and managing my dress during our first look. She coordinated with all of our vendors, set up our entire tent before the wedding, and even took care of the breakdown so we could just pick everything up the next day. We had some communication issues with our venue leading up to the wedding, but Cassie stepped in and resolved all of the details without us having to worry about a thing. If anything went wrong on the day of, we had no idea—she handled it all behind the scenes, she was so so awesome! We hosted my baby shower at the Bedford Village Inn for 80 guests and needed additional help with set-up and timing to ensure the event ran smoothly. Brittany was instrumental in both the development of the timeline for the big day and executing the decor and program day-of. She was the perfect person to gut check how long speeches, games, food service, etc. would take and create a timeline for the event that put our guests enjoyment first. Having her there made the shower more enjoyable for me as I was able to relax as a guest and know that she was handling any backend questions that popped up with the venue team. Working with Britny was better than anything I could have imagined! She swooped in to save us when another coordinator didn't work out. In the time leading up to our wedding Britny was very responsive, well organized, and kept us on track. She offered helpful suggestions along the way which saved us from stress during the wedding itself. During the wedding weekend, Britny was available for the rehearsal and all of our setup needs the day of the wedding. She somehow finds the perfect balance of stepping in and stepping back, offering advice and expertise when it's most needed, but also just getting things done that need doing. Britny perfectly understood our vision and vibe for the wedding and took care of so many of the little details so that we didn't have to worry about them. All aspects of our ceremony and reception were just how we imagined, and that could not have happened without Britny's amazing organizational skills and attention to detail. And on top of it she is kind, thoughtful, and truly enjoyable to work with.

I can’t say enough good things about Ayden! I hired her later in the planning process, and my only regret is not hiring her sooner. She truly kept me sane on my wedding day. From quickly bustling my dress so I could get back to the party, to even helping my dad fix the hem of his pants—she went above and beyond in every way. My venue went through three different coordinators in the span of a year (something I never thought would happen, especially at such a nice hotel in Maine). The communication was a nightmare, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Ayden. She was relentless in trying to get in contact with someone when I simply didn’t have the time—I work a full-time, demanding job—and I didn’t even hear from the venue until about three weeks before my wedding. We still had timeline issues that needed immediate attention, and Ayden took charge. She finally got me in touch with the general manager, and things smoothed out from there. By the time the wedding arrived, I was so burnt out that I gave Ayden very little direction on how to set up some of my decorative pieces—and she absolutely nailed it. Everything looked wonderful and exactly how I had envisioned it (if not better). She kept me on schedule, executed every detail perfectly, and made the day feel effortless. I know wedding planning is expensive, but the stress and anxiety are just not worth the hassle. Having Ayden there was truly priceless. She is calm, collected, and incredibly detail-oriented—exactly the person you want by your side on your wedding day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, let this be your sign—Ayden is absolutely incredible!
