Ace is a Kauai native DJ, Musician and Host now living in Los Angeles. He studied music at UH Manoa and has performed all over the world including over 8 years and 1000+ Weddings and Private Events in Southern California. This deep experience allows Ace to read any group, party, culture or community, matching and raising the energy throughout a highly curated and seamlessly mixed musical journey. The Susie Hansen Latin Band is a popular and well-known Southern California band playing 100 to 150 weddings, special events, concerts and festivals every year. Our specialty is Latin dance music - salsa, cumbia, merengue, bachata, bolero, and cha cha cha.  If you'd like popular music, we can also play disco, swing, R&B, funk, Motown, classic rock and jazz standards like Frank Sinatra. We have three terrific lead singers -- our vocalist/conga player who sings lead on all the Latin styles; Susie on electric violin and bilingual vocals; our electric guitarist who sings lead vocals in English. We also have keyboards, bass, and drums/vocals.

Co-Founder and DJ, Jon has a passion for finding and playing the best tunes, which is the winning combination any client would want for their special occasion. We have planned and DJed many clients’ weddings and events, but it wasn’t after we planned our own wedding in November 2018 that we understood the true stressful reality of planning. Because of this and because we own this business together, we empathize with the strain wedding planning sometimes puts on engaged couples.

Madam Sen, a classically-trained vocalist, performs operatic arias and original songs with choreography reflecting centuries of Nihon Buyo evolution. She has appeared at events like the LA Clippers Japanese Heritage Night and her performance at the "Estate of Zen" was featured in Forbes Magazine for its blend of Japanese cultural elements. "Fioregeisha" (Flower Geisha) combines traditional and contemporary Japanese music and dance, featuring Madam Sen and dancers. We also offer collaborative services with Western and traditional Japanese instrumentalists, Japanese tea ceremonies, private sushi chef services, and kimono lectures.

Formed in 2006, the Organic String Quartet (OSQ for short) is a professional ensemble that has been providing live music for events in Southern California for over 18 years, and during that time has amassed a vast and diverse catalog of songs. OSQ is known for the wide variety of music they perform, and can easily alternate between multiple genres of music: Classical, Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, R&B, Jazz, Soundtrack, and more. Members of the quartet have worked with many high-profile artists such as Adele, Katy Perry, Deadmau5, Alan Parsons, Stevie Wonder, Celine Dion, Frank Ocean, Barbara Streisand, Natalie Cole, Vitamin String Quartet and others.
