“Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))”

She helped me with everything from choosing my wedding dress to managing tailoring timelines, and she made sure I had every detail booked and organized well in advance. Even though we were planning from different states, Brittany made it seamless with thoughtful coordination calls and constant communication. Distance was never an issue. In the week leading up to the wedding, she truly came through. Brittany joined me at the venue for a full walkthrough, helped set up our archways, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. “We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.”
