“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “Epic Sounds was an amazing addition to our wedding! From the beginning Lance was very attentive to our needs and our ideas. He was very flexible with our late add ons (if you’re on the fence about the photo booth definitely get it!!!!!) He provided professional sound and service throughout our entire wedding. Everyone who needed a mic had one set up with ease. He was able to do separate music for us in a different part of the venue for guests who did not want to be around louder music or lights. He was also ready to help with any task that was thrown his way! When I was dead set on a short clip I had seen online and had the idea to mix it with a different song, he was able to achieve my vision and took feedback when I wanted to tweak small things! One of our favorite parts was his ability to mix all night. We did not want a DJ to just press play on a preset playlist and go about their evening. Lance was on top of it the entire time and there was no lull in music or in energy on the dance floor. We requested that there were no slow songs and each song did not play all the way through. It gave him the ability to spin and gave him autonomy to read the dance floor and play whatever fitted the vibe. He made it very easy to make requests for what to play (or not play!) ahead of time and it saved us time and stress the day of. Lance helped our wedding vision come to life – if you want a party on your dance floor, he is your guy!!!”

We also used T.D. for our ceremony amplification. We are happy to report that we did not have any microphone malfunctions! Most importantly, the reception was truly a party from the time we were introduced until the time we made our escape. From the lighted monogram initials, choreographed dances, and a variety of music, he made sure we had everything we asked for. T.D. kept us to our timeline and kept the guests aware of the happenings around the venue. He was truly a delight and even wore black, per my very annoying request :) He also had me get on the DJ board (just pretending) and it was a huge hit! Very fun, very adaptable! Summit Events Co. uses an app for all of your music and timeline needs and it was SUPER easy to use. It connects to Spotify, Youtube, and a few other platforms so I could just upload my playlists I had already worked on and it made everything really fast. We also got a photobooth which was AMAZING. It's hard to know when planning a wedding what is worth the extra cost but this hands down was worth it. Our attendant was such an angel and multiple people came up to me after to tell me how cool she was! Their pricing is super reasonable - very in line with other vendors I found and Ben was able to accommodate our specific budget while still making our vision come to life.
