We have over 20 professionally trained DJs/MCs with backup DJs AND backup equipment in our contract in the event of an emergency, you are covered. We take pride in every couple to make sure your music tastes and guests are our priority.

Black Tie Entertainment is one of the best. I hired them to provide music for a VIP reception. I had the chance to chat with any of the DJs I was interested be in and settled on Gene. It was the best choice I made in planning my event. He did an amazing job. I gave some simple guidelines and info about the attendees and he nailed the music selection. Reading the crown perfectly, he kept the energy up all night, and I received multiple compliments during and after the event on how well he did. He will be my go-to DJ for any future events in the metro DC area.

I would hire DJ Gene over and over again! He was the best wedding DJ we have ever experienced (not even bias - sooo many of our guests agreed and are still talking about him!) He was very professional and took the time to understand our vision and he executed to a TEE! If you're looking for a solid DJ that will deliver everything you expect from a DJ and more - Hire Gene and Black Tie Entertainment!

Anthony was amazing from our very first meetings leading up to the wedding all the way through the wedding day. He was professional, easy to communicate with, and truly understood the vibe we wanted. We received so many compliments from our guests about the DJ and the energy he brought to our celebration—we truly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ. The photobooth was also a huge hit! The attendant was fantastic and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night. We especially loved the option to custom-create a logo for the photobooth strips—it was such a fun, personal touch and made the keepsakes even more special. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
