“Richard Krutick is special. A special talent as well as a special man. He captured it! The day after our wedding he sent me a teaser gallery of what was to come. I was blown away. When planning my wedding the photographer was the most critical to me -I was picky. When I saw his work he turned my entire way of looking at my wedding around. Richard and I had over an hour-long conversation and we clicked. I, having a creative director background and working with photographers all my career, was thrilled because we spoke the same language. I wanted honest, documentary-style moments captured without noticing the presence of the photographer. He was there when you needed him and you liked him. My guests were saying what a warm and great guy he is. He got their personalities, each and every one of them. He looks at everything with a special eye. Right at the time of my outdoor wedding with the most beautiful view and lush floral arbor, it poured and didn't stop. Gravel walkways turning into mud, no bride or groom wants to see. “I first met Rob at my best friends wedding when he was their photographer. His energy was the best and he made us all laugh and have such a good time. When it was my turn to get married, I thought about how important your photographer was. Not just for their experience and skills of capturing moments but who they were as a person because frankly, you spend a good portion of your wedding day with that person. My husband and I knew that Rob was the right person for that. When we went to our engagement photos, I remember both us feeling nervous because we had no idea what to do! From the start Becca was easy to talk to, and so helpful in the planning process; from her helpful planning videos you receive as a client, planned video calls, her detailed timeline, and photography form to fill out, she made the whole planning process so much easier. She also gave lots of great advice for the day, including the decision to do a first look ahead of the ceremony. I was hesitant at first as I wanted to do the real reveal at the church, but after talking with her we decided to do the first look. I’m so glad we did as Becca was right, it took a lot of pressure of the rest of the day and gave us time to really soak that moment in just the two of us. This also allowed us more time to enjoy other parts of our day like attending the entire cocktail hour! “Erika was an amazing wedding photographer. We hired her for both our wedding and our engagement photos. While our engagement photos were fun, the wedding is where she truly stood out. She was so easy to work with on the day of and had a blast with our guests. We had a smaller wedding (50 people) and were initially worried about missing some key shots. However, those fears were completely unwarranted once we saw our photos! We only hired Erika and didn't have a second shooter, yet she was able to capture all of the necessary family photos we wanted, candid moments, and even impromptu photo requests from guests. The photos we received were of such high quality. We had specifically told her we liked the look of black and white photos, and we received several back in our preferred editing style.
