As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. From start to finish, she made sure we felt supported, seen, and, most importantly, stress-free. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. She didn’t just manage logistics—she managed everything: family drama (ugh, lifesaver), unexpected changes due to Hurricane Milton, and even the fact that most of our bridal party couldn’t make it. Somehow, she filled in the gaps so seamlessly that we barely noticed anything was missing. What stood out the most was how personal she made the experience. She took the time to learn everyone’s names, stayed calm and chill no matter what, and listened to us when we were stressed, always reminding us to focus on each other. Allie kept the day running at our pace, gave us time to be together, and even made sure we looked great in all our photos. She coordinated everything down to the details we cared about most, like our private last dance and getting all the shots we wanted. She was laid-back yet professional, blending in perfectly with the vibe of our wedding while carrying out our vision flawlessly. Despite the hurricane and a 2-hour drive to get to us, Allie didn’t skip a beat, reworking things as needed and keeping everything on track. Serenity Events was the perfect wedding planning team for our big day. From the very beginning, Autumn was incredibly efficient, thorough, and upbeat in her communication style. We gave Autumn a run for her money as our wedding venue was Rob parents house that was under construction until a couple days before our wedding day. We had to make changes to our original wedding plans due to excessive rain and hurricane Milton causing flooding, Autumn remained flexible and helped us pull off an absolute miracle. The day our of wedding, the ceremony was supposed to be lake side. Well, its Florida and it rained. So, yet again plans had to be changed. But, Autumn had a plan for every scenario, which allowed us to stay relaxed and simply enjoy our special day. Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. At the end of the night all our things were packed, organized and ready to be loaded in the car by my family. Natalie was the best addition to our day, and I am endlessly grateful we found her. 1000/10. Do yourself a favor and hire her! You will not regret it.

Words do not begin to describe how incredible working with Brooke has been. We were originally having our wedding in St. Pete before finding out that our venue had cancelled less than 90 days before our date due to damages from the Hurricane. Brooke overextended herself and found multiple venues that were available for the same date knowing that was important to us. By the end of the week, she had set up multiple interviews which she attended and helped us secure our new venue at the Tampa EDITION which we ended up loving more than our original venue. Brooke was dependable and available whenever we had a question and kept open lines of communication. She is innovative and her organizational skills/attention to detail goes unmatched. She originally helped us plan a fun beach wedding and in less than three months pivoted to help us plan a formal affair. On our wedding day, Brooke and Ada did an amazing job with setting up the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces; we were in shock by how perfectly they enacted the vision we had in our heads for our wedding. During the wedding, they kept the timeline of events going and kept the vibes high while we were busying having an absolute blast with our friends and family. The audio guest book supplied by Brooke is an absolute must. Listening to everyone's messages a week after the wedding brought us so much joy and laughter; just imagine more chaotic messages as the drinks flow and the night progresses. We decided to include the photo booth last minute and am so happy we did as it was a complete hit with all of our guests throughout the entire night. I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!
