I had been planning my wedding entirely on my own until three weeks before the big day, when I finally decided to hire a DOC. I wanted a day of coordinator who felt like an extension of me someone who could take my ideas, elevate them with more creativity than I have, and make me feel safe handing things over. Veneisha didn’t just meet that expectation; she exceeded it in every way. During our first phone call, I was dealing with a difficult vendor and feeling overwhelmed, but Veneisha’s cheerful energy immediately lifted my spirits. She put me in a better mindset within minutes. It genuinely felt like that moment when you sink into a hot tub after a long, exhausting day. She stepped in and took over in a way that felt like she became me advocating for me, protecting my vision, and giving me space to breathe. She helped with setup and brought my altar dream to life even better than I envisioned. She helped with takedown and loading up in such an efficient way that I didn’t even notice the effort going into it. We were kindred spirits from the start. My friends and family were convinced she had been involved in the planning for over a year. One friend even thought she was one of my best friends, only to find out I had met her in person just two days before the wedding. Everyone meshed with her so naturally. She was firm about what I wanted while having our best interests at heart. Our families kept saying, “She took care of everything.” They couldn’t believe how relaxed the day felt especially for a wedding that was 90% DIY. They literally lifted no finger and enjoyed themselves the entire time. My husband had been worried that things would go wrong on the wedding day, but the moment Veneisha showed up, he relaxed #tenderism. Her vibe was: “I am here to take care of you. You just relax and enjoy your day.” It was a cold day, and she held my jacket during outdoor photos. She made sure my husband and I were having the best day of our lives. She was extremely present throughout the day making sure I wasn’t thirsty or hungry, keeping vendors in line, communicating all my wishes clearly, and maintaining peace when things went wrong. She even called the Welcome Event venue ahead of time to ensure everything was in order, which was above and beyond and made the whole weekend feel extra special. She even setup the hot chocolate bar for me and I didn't have to. She doesn’t bring an emergency kit, but that was fine because I had my own. I bet if you ask her, she'd be down to help out with this portion of planning. She was transparent about her services and costs something surprisingly rare in the wedding world, in my experience. She was available at all hours of the day, even across the ocean. Despite a significant time difference, she worked with me seamlessly leading up to the wedding. Her dedication and flexibility were unmatched. I cannot recommend Veneisha more wholeheartedly. I will definitely hire her for any celebration I have, no matter how small. She will take care of everything. My husband says other couples should absolutely use her services if they want a great wedding like we had.

I can’t say enough good things about Bellazevents! From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and incredibly attentive. Every detail of our wedding was handled with so much care — from coordinating vendors to keeping everything running smoothly the day of. They made the entire process stress-free and ensured that my husband and I could truly enjoy our day without worrying about a single thing. I cannot thank Veneisha enough for making my wedding look stunning and running sooo smoothly!!! I met Veneisha at a bridal expo and it was truly a blessing! She communicates quickly and is very well organized! My husband and I were able to meet with her in person to see the products and finalize all the details! I have nothing but amazing things to say about Veneisha and cannot recommend her enough! 10000% recommend using her for your wedding!! she’s also a great dancer!

We worked with Veneisha for our wedding catering and dinnerware rental, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly attentive to detail and so patient throughout the entire process. Veneisha took the time to help us make the best decisions, and her expertise truly showed in the final result.
