Our nearly 1,200 sq. ft. Evergreen Room provides a cozy, nature‑inspired setting perfect for elopements, intimate ceremonies, and small receptions. Pine columns and rich woodwork bring the essence of the Rockies indoors, creating an atmosphere that feels warm, elegant, and authentically Colorado. With a full buyout of our event space, couples also receive access to our outdoor mountainside Pergola — a secluded ceremony spot perched on the side of the mountain, for heartfelt “I do” moments.

It’s a naturally stunning backdrop for elopements and micro‑weddings seeking the quiet beauty and romance of the Rockies. With a full buyout of our meeting space, couples can reserve this hideaway for a private ceremony of up to 24 guests. Perched on the side of the mountain, it delivers that unforgettable Colorado charm—an idyllic place to say “I do.”

Our beautiful wood‑framed structure, set on a solid concrete base, creates an intimate and inviting space for micro ceremonies. Couples can bring their own arch or let the towering pines and seasonal wildflowers serve as a stunning, effortless backdrop. For seating, the hotel can provide banquet chairs arranged in up to three rows of four with a center aisle or accommodate up to 24 guests standing for a simple, elegant ceremony surrounded by nature.

Room cost

$500 per hour, 3 hours max, or it is included with a full space buy out for 3 hours as a ceremony site.
