We Have A Plan Events brings tactful planning and execution to each event. Whether serving five, or five hundred, our approach takes methodologies from the most demanding productions and applies them to your special occasion. With our “End To End Event Execution” approach, we ensure your events’ flawless performance until the last guest has left the building. Our services include planning, design, decor, bartending, and waitstaff services. We aim to be that missing piece, and have a list of preferred vendors for your disposal as well.

We look to each event as an extension of ourselves, and strive to create each one based on your vision. Details drive our creative development, and are used to execute a clear cut plan and design all molded by your input. Let us help you turn your dream event into a lasting memory.

From the very first interaction, her communication style was thorough, easy, and intentional, putting us at ease throughout the entire process. The quality of her work and the value she provided was nothing short of perfect - effortless and incredibly organized. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was stress free and seamless. She helped us solidify our timeline months in advance and was on top of every last detail, even helping us beautifully repurpose our leftover florals.     Honestly if your looking for a company to just ease all your planning stress, turn your ideas into life extra, and just going above it all.. please take this advise from the pickiest critic on earth. Even pain killers on the day of my even Ashley had on hand with a bottle of water before I could even ask for it. Y’all are in safe hands. I’ll use them again and again and again.

    Ashley went above and beyond as my day of coordinator! She made planning a wedding from across the country a million times less stressful! We had multiple phone calls leading up to the day, she helped source and pick up games, and took care of all my printing as well as let me send all my wedding things (guestbooks, cameras, etc) to her so I wouldn’t have to bring them. She kept everything running so smoothly day of and kept to the timeline perfectly. I don’t know what we would have done without her!!
