I’m Jackie, a Southern California based wedding and event planner with 15 years of experience. My background includes a decade as a professional DJ, years in corporate events, and time running a small catering and private chef business. For the past 8 years, I’ve been focused on weddings and freelance production, with a love for multicultural and one of a kind celebrations.

I work best with clients who appreciate me for being myself, fun, passionate, and a little entertaining. I’m so grateful to those who’ve supported me with kindness and trust along the way. Every detail was thought through, every hiccup handled before we even knew it existed, and on the day itself, she created this seamless, joyful flow that let us actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. Jackie was absolutely wonderful and such a huge help for my small, intimate wedding in Laguna Beach! We’re from Texas, so I really needed someone local in California and she completely nailed it. Jackie was professional, incredibly helpful, and so kind throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding, she brought such a calming presence during stressful moments and handled everything with ease. She truly knows how to roll with the punches and get things done. We absolutely loved working with her, thank you for everything, Jackie!

When I tell you that hiring Jackie was the best decision we made for our wedding… We were planning a DIY bilingual wedding on our own at our church/church hall and were advised to hire a coordinator for the day of to make sure everything run smoothly. From the beginning stages of planning to the wedding day, Jackie is an absolute pro. Forgot a boutonnière? Jackie made us one in 2 mins. Can't figure out how to bustle the dress? Jackie made a makeshift bustle. Entire wall lose power? Jackie quickly found an extension cord to power the Photo Booth. I can’t tell you how much of a joy it was to work with Jackie and her wonderful team. It was 100% worth it and it feels more like a friend helping you throughout the day! Thank you so so much again!

Jackie was a truly incredible wedding coordinator. We really couldn't believe the value of her services. She understood our vision and executed it perfectly. Throughout our planning process, we had the autonomy we wanted to make decisions, but she would also gently jump in when we were missing a logistical necessity, and then provide us with options for how to proceed. This was invaluable. It was also amazing that we could select "a la carte" additional services for certain needs (e.g. furniture rentals) without having to commit to full-scale planning services. Jackie even ended up coordinating last minute DJ and bartender services for us. We had some custom touches and ideas, and she and her team pulled it all off exactly like we envisioned. Her team was awesome, and she is awesome. Highly recommend!
