We honestly did not realize how much we needed a coordinator until the wedding day itself. Things just happened when they were supposed to, and we never had to ask questions or step in. It felt very natural and not overly structured and we were able to enjoy the day without feeling like we were managing it.

Resonate events was amazing. They put us at ease throughout the planning process. The team had a great attention to detail were consistently reliable. We also ordered our flowers through them, it was exactly what I envisioned with the color palette and types of flowers. I was so sad my bouquet couldn’t last forever, but it held up beautifully and I was able to have it preserved. I am so grateful for Bella and her team for making our wedding unforgettable.

Hiring Bella was the best decision we made. We felt understood and supported because she took the time to learn what mattered most to us and planned everything around that. I kept hearing family and friends ask me how stressed was I planning the wedding, but we were far from stressed. She kept us organized and guided us through everything, even things we would have never thought of. On the wedding day, her team handled everything confidently and was very "behind the scenes." Daniel and I are so grateful that we were able to enjoy the wedding instead of worrying if things were running on time. Thank you so much for making our day so special!

Yes. I work in a range of settings including traditional venues, private homes, parks, and intimate spaces used for microweddings and elopements.

Most couples book coordination 4-6 months in advance and planning services 6-12 months out. Microweddings can often be planned on a shorter timeline.

Yes. I offer a dedicated microwedding and elopement planning package for celebrations with 50 guests or fewer.

Yes. Even coordination packages include styling of client-provided décor. Planning packages include full design direction and a custom mood board.

Day of coordination includes more than just the actual day of! Reach out to us and we can provide you with the list of all that's included!

I can guide you on what to rent or purchase for your design and connect you with trusted vendors. I do not provide inventory rentals at this time.

Floral production is not included in planning packages, but it is available as an add-on!

Yes. My role includes helping you allocate your budget wisely, understand vendor pricing, and prioritize what matters most to you.

Yes. I personally oversee each event, along with assistants when needed, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

No. I commit to one wedding per week to ensure my full attention is on your event.

Most communication happens through email so planning stays organized and accessible for you. Each package includes one onboarding meeting to review details, which can be held virtually, over the phone, or in person. Beyond that, the time we spend together depends on your specific needs if you need additional support.
