    We worked with Lizzie at RBE for our October wedding and cannot recommend her enough! Over the past year, Lizzie went above and beyond to bring our vision to life and to create a weekend that felt so us and so perfect in every way. Months later, we still receive compliments from our guests that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. We truly couldn’t have done it without Lizzie’s professionalism, organization, kindness, and support! From the start, Lizzie really took the time to understand what we were looking for in our wedding and was patient, flexible, and responsive. She introduced us to incredible vendors that she and the RBE team have strong relationships with, while also going out of her way to find new and different options to ensure that every aspect of our wedding perfectly fit our vision. In a place like New York where the options can feel endless and intimidating, Lizzie made the process feel so much more manageable and smooth. Throughout the year, Lizzie kept us on track and organized, breaking down the planning process into monthly checklists and spreadsheets that made us feel confident each step of the way. When things ever felt stressful or intimidating, she approached everything so calmly and with a genuine kindness, which made her the best partner we could have asked for during the process. The weekend of our wedding, Lizzie made sure everything ran so seamlessly - we cannot thank her enough for everything she did to allow us to enjoy our time together/with our guests and not have to worry about a single thing. This was also truly invaluable for our families, who both traveled from out of town and could spend their time enjoying the weekend. We truly could not be happier with how our wedding weekend went, all thanks to Lizzie and the RBE team!

    Words can’t express how incredible our wedding weekend was, and we owe SO much of that to Rachel (and her RBE team!). Rachel has been an absolute gem, one of a kind, incredible person to work with and we cannot thank her enough. From day 1, working with her has really been such a joy. Starting with how she solved a jig saw puzzle equivalent of mapping out all 8 venue site visits for a seamless day, to knowing which incredible vendors to pair us with, to executing our vision to a tee, we couldn’t be more grateful. Rachel is truly SO impressive. Thank you for everything!! We are so going to miss working with RBE!

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel and RBE Events. From the very beginning, Rachel made the entire wedding planning process feel completely manageable. She is organized, thoughtful, incredibly professional, and at every step we felt supported and at ease. Every vendor we worked with spoke so highly of Rachel, which speaks volumes about her character, professionalism, and the warmth she brings to every interaction. She communicated with each vendor with kindness and respect and handled anything that came up with absolute grace. On our wedding day, Rachel and her amazing team made everything run flawlessly. The day was beyond our wildest dreams and completely stress free, and we know it would not have been possible without her. We would work with her again 100 times over! Beyond being an extraordinary planner, Rachel is a truly wonderful person. We feel so lucky to have had her by our side and cannot imagine celebrating such a special day without her guidance, expertise, and warmth!

    Where do I begin! To say that this was a perfect experience would be an understatement. My wife and I were recently married at the Bowery Hotel in Manhattan (11/7/2025). When we started planning our wedding, we were actually reluctant to use a wedding planner because the both of us plan larger workshops and events for a living. We however quickly realized that we were absolutely in need a planner simply due to the fact that we wanted the night to be perfect and there were so many things that kept coming up that we did not consider. Enter Rachel Behar Events! We interviewed quite a few wedding planners and selected this company and we literally could not be happier with how the ENTIRE wedding was planned. Lizzie Torrence was our planner and she was absolutely amazing. I have never seen someone so amazing with literally EVERY detail. She was kind, patient, responsive, full of ideas and just an overall joy to work with. We couldn't imagine working with anyone else and we knew from the beginning that our wedding was in the best of hands from start to finish with Lizzie and RBE.” I could go on and on but please do yourself a favor and if you are planning to have a wedding in NYC, hire Lizzie with Rachel Behar Events.
