The Magician Behind Our Perfect Day
Working with Carissa was an absolute dream! I honestly can’t imagine planning our wedding, or enjoying the day itself, without her. She was beyond detail-oriented, kind, patient, and creative! She handled so much behind the scenes that I would never have been able to manage on my own. Carissa created such a detailed timeline that even our reception venue, who has seen plenty of weddings, was impressed. Everything ran so smoothly, and Carissa was so on top of vendor communication that she took a huge burden off of us. Her guidance and calm presence made the entire day completely stress-free. What I loved most about working with Carissa was how she truly listened to my vision and made all of my wedding dreams come true. She didn’t just plan a wedding…she created an unforgettable day that was uniquely ours. I am so grateful for everything she did!

Carissa was absolutely amazing to work with! She was recommended by my venue, the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, and they told me she was fantastic and already familiar with the property. From the start, Carissa made the planning process feel seamless and stress-free. She was always quick to respond, easy to reach, and kept everything organized without ever pressuring me on decisions. She handled all the pre-work details like COIs and gave me timely reminders throughout the planning months so nothing slipped through the cracks. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly. Carissa kept us on schedule, coordinated with vendors effortlessly, and made sure we could just enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. What I appreciated most was her calm, professional approach and her ability to anticipate what needed to be done before I even thought of it. I recently had the pleasure of working with Carissa as my wedding day coordinator, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Carissa was recommended by my venue, and I am so glad we hired her as our coordinator for our 200 guest wedding. Carrisa is highly detail-oriented, extremely organized, communicative, reliable, and passionate about what she does. One of the most valuable aspects of working with Carissa was her ability to keep me on schedule throughout the planning process. She created an amazing timeline that ensured every detail was accounted for, allowing me to enjoy the journey without feeling overwhelmed. She even sent us a hard copy wedding planning guide and some stemless wine glasses to make the wedding planning process easier. Carissa’s wedding day timeline was also very easy to understand, and she made sure to leave extra time for mishaps. Carissa's communication with our vendors was amazing. She coordinated with everyone involved, ensuring that all parties were on the same page. I went into my wedding day knowing I did not have to worry about my vendors because Carissa was “on the ball” with communicating with them. Carissa also did an incredible job setting up our reception space. Her attention to detail showed throughout the reception. Everything was arranged perfectly to create the atmosphere that we envisioned. Overall, Carissa made the entire experience seamless, allowing us to focus on celebrating the best day of our life!
