You simply won’t find a planner who Ioves their job more than I do. I left the security of the corporate world many years ago to plan weddings, because I truly believe it’s what I was born to do. I brought the high-performance procedures with me but swapped the corporate lifestyle for one filled with immense purpose and boundless joy. This service is crafted for couples who wish to be involved in the planning process but recognize the value of expert input on design and execution.

Bryce Gaston Events strives to design a day that has your personalities as a couple infused into every detail. From stationery to florals to rentals, we can pull all the details together and design a day that's everything you've dreamed of.

    We cannot say enough about working with Bryce Gaston for our wedding. I knew immediately that I wanted to work with Bryce from our first conversation—she was calm, confident, and clearly very experienced. Bryce was patient and gracious throughout the entire wedding-planning process and truly a miracle worker. She never made me feel bad about any of the small details I focused on or wanted to change and was always happy to walk me through each one. There were a few instances where I was perhaps a bit stubborn when Bryce brought limitations or unexpected news to us, and every single time I found myself saying after the fact, “Oh, Bryce was right!!!". Her eye for design is impeccable, and she did such a seamless job of hearing our vision and bringing it to life through her design deck. Our wedding came with challenges due to an unorthodox venue and a very rainy day. The way Bryce pivoted through every obstacle and found solutions was nothing short of amazing. I truly do not think we would have had a wedding if it weren’t for her determination to push through and her love for what she does. My husband was arguably more involved than me in planning our wedding logistics ( he's type A lol )...I loved that Bryce never made me feel less important and always included me in every email and update, making me feel just as valued throughout that process. Bryce cares deeply for her work and the couples she partners with. We are forever grateful for all Bryce did to make our wedding day so special. I would highly recommend Bryce to any bride & look forward to seeing all she conquers in the wedding industry. She is pure magic and it was a true gift to have found her!!

    Bryce is super amazing, and we're not just saying that. We started about a year ago with Bryce, planning our wedding here in SoCal. Bryce consistently kept us organized and provided the tools (including pre-setup software and worksheets) as well as resources / referrals / references to help create a very magical weekend and wedding. Most impressively, Bryce never forgot our special requests and intricate details, helping to craft our desired vision - from beginning to end. In fact, our vendors communicated to us the same observation, having enjoyed working with Bryce as well. Thank you Bryce for all you do, and to anyone reading this note: we highly recommend Bryce and her team for any event, wedding or not. (As a fun note: we are hiring Bryce again for our Kids' one-year birthday party!)

    Bryce is amazing and awesome! I worked with her as a makeup and hair artist for a bride this summer and she rocked it! She is completely organized, kind, responsive and so wonderful to work with. She took such great care of the bride. Everything was handled to perfection and stress free on her day of. The bride loved her and so did we!
