“We came to Grace right after we decided to go with a venue that nothing more than tables and chairs. Our heads were spinning with all the decisions we had to make, and Grace made sure to organize our ideas, as well as have a running list of things we needed to decide on and execute. “Carin saved my sanity during my wedding with 150 guests of all ages at Connecticut College in summer 2023. I was a DIY bride with a ton of vendors to wrangle the weekend of at a relatively hands-off venue that was quite spread out, and Carin was on top of all of it. Even my comical amount of DIY'd florals that had to be placed right before the reception! She handled all the deliveries, set-up, break-down, and details so that I could focus on just celebrating the day! My vendors loved her too and everyone commented on her professionalism and 'can do' manner which allowed her to tackle obstacles with ease. Our venue's elevator was broken day-of without warning, and Carin dealt with it without involving us at all! Her partner, Jacob, was also our DJ and he kept the party jumping, while still catering to our extended family from all over. I cannot recommend Carin's services highly enough and am SO FREAKING GLAD that she was there to make my whole wedding weekend feel like a dream. “I hired Steph for my September 2021 wedding in Connecticut. She was very communicative and organized through the whole planning process. Once the wedding came, she helped setup the ceremony area beautifully. She also dealt with the crazy landowners-I didn’t even know anything was going on because she handled the whole thing without needing to involve me and distract me from my wedding day. She’s always smiling and willing to lend a hand. She joined us on the dance floor later on and was so much fun! Overall great experience with her services!”

The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. “We just got married on Nov 1st and the day/night was absolutely seamless thanks to RS Event Co. Everything went perfectly and it was truly one of the most wonderful days of my life. When I first started planning our wedding I didn’t think I would need a day-of wedding coordinator- until the months got closer and I realized how much work would actually go into making the day flow the way I envisioned it. We had heard of Raquel through a family friend, so I decided to give her a call. Raquel was personable, proactive and thought of everything I never even thought to consider. She helped us maneuver the months leading to our special day, checking in often and answering every random text.
