“Meghan was an actual blessing on our wedding. We got married in Maine and I had previously found someone more local to do my hair. To say that initial test with the other person was disappointing would be a gross understatement. I have very thin hair and as such bought extensions. The other person said she couldn't use all of them, and the ones she did use pulled on my hair and scalp in such a painful way that I couldn't wear them for more than an hour or so and the style looked thin and fried. “Geri was incredible for doing both hair and makeup for myself and my wife. From the time we set up and went to the trial with her we knew she was the right choice. We needed to change the amount of people getting done several times and she always changed it seamlessly. For our wedding we had a large bridal party and needed a lot of people done for hair and makeup (9 bridesmaids). Geri and her team were incredible of ensuring everyone got the styles that they wanted. I even changed the style I wanted for my makeup drastically from the trail I did and Geri made my vision come true. Her team was fantastic with all of our wedding party and even our year old flower girl who required some extra patience. “Writing reviews was the last things I had on my big ol wedding to-do list. I mostly put it off because I truly did not know how to put into words how perfect most of my vendors were. Jessica was no short of perfection. She was incredibly easy to schedule with, chat with about what I wanted, and offered up advice on all things beauty. Her package deal is incredible, her pre wedding face kit is amazing, her touch up kit is still use to this day, and her own facial products are some of my faves. I didn’t have “mini facial” on my wedding morning timeline but omfg I would tell every bride it’s absolutely necessary. During my trial (at her adorable home studio!) we went in a traditional direction and 5 months later I asked her to pivot entirely and go foundation-less. I’d seen it on her Instagram page and was so impressed and oh man did she pull it off. I felt so natural (I’m not someone who usually wears anything but moisturizer and mascara) and to not have to wear foundation on my wedding day was such a relief. I felt so incredibly beautiful on my wedding day - and so did my bridesmaids. Jessica is worth. Every. Penny. “I worked with Honey Comb Studio for the hair and makeup for my wedding and it was the best choice ever! At my trial, Robyn made time to do my partner’s hair as well and I went into the day feeling so confident we were in good hands. We had 10 people getting hair done and 9 for makeup and Robyn planned the day out so thoughtfully and we had plenty of time to get everyone done, with the help of Lindsay and MK who helped with the rest of the hair and makeup. It was the most relaxed experience I’ve had getting ready before a wedding and I was the bride—and our wedding party agreed! Lindsay did my makeup, taking care to cover up a recent breakout so well I didn’t think about it all night! Highly recommend!!”
