I first picked up a camera in high school and was instantly obsessed with the process and possibilities of capturing images. I went on to study at The San Francisco Art Institute and transferred to The Art Center, College of Design in Pasadena, earning a BFA in Photography. I began my career as a photographer in a Los Angeles product photo studio. While working there, I found I had a talent for photo retouching. I worked as a professional retoucher for many years and know what many celebrities really look like hah! I made my way back to freelance photography after having my daughter in 2013.

Allyson has been a creative being since her feet hit the earth. She's inspired by the beauty surrounding all of us, but tends to capture it in a way not seen by everyone. Love for photography found Jill working with Allyson 9 years ago, Allyson quickly realized Jill's talent and her radiant demeanor in working with people. Jessica came walking through the studio door in 2010 for an editing position and Allyson knew the moment she walked in, she would be a part of the team. Dressed to the “T” and accessorized with a happy smile, she’s worked in nearly all capacities of AM Photography over the past 6 years.
