Here’s a little intro before diving into the details - I am a custom mixologist! I started Proof Mobile Mixology September 2024 when I got married and wanted to have an elevated version of a mobile bar at my own wedding, but everything on the market was too rustic for my taste. So I created it! Proof is not your normal bartending service. Proof is a classy, curated and elevated experience from the initial inquiry, through creating one-of-a-kind signature drinks to the event itself. We have over a dozen flavors, all made with premium ingredients; real fruit, no high fructose corn syrup, only pure cane sugar, and many of our flavors are organic as well!
