Nestled on 19 acres in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia, Sugarboo Farms is a unique camping resort and organic farm, perfect for your special day. The Farmhouse serves as the ideal gathering spot, offering comfortable accommodations and a charming setting for your wedding celebration.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Burkhalter Estates is a beautifully appointed custom home situated on the brow of Lookout Mountain with breathtaking bluff views. If you are looking for the perfect sunset venue, you have found it! The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths with plenty of room for the bridal party to get ready for the big day.

Our historic venue was originally a church built in 1904 and renovated in 2011. We are known for having beautiful exposed brick, large arched windows providing lots of natural lighting, and unique spaces all over the property for special, picture-perfect moments.
