Not only did they rave about their flowers, they both said how easy and wonderful Tracey was to work with - and man-oh-man, were they right! We left our meeting feeling like we just had coffee with a talented friend, and when we received our proposal, we knew it was true. Tracey is transparent, communicative, caring, and creative. We told her about my husband’s mother who passed away when he was young. We wanted to include daisies to honor her. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“Where do I start? I found Marigolds and its brilliant owner Anika when the wedding gods smiled down at me and led me to her. I reached out and it was an instant click -- Anika is caring, funny, wickedly talented, but most importantly, honest and transparent, which meant a lot to a budget bride like me. She listened to my half-baked vision (filled with more concepts and vibes, than concrete details) and brought real options to life. She was communicative and responsive, delivering on the lookbooks and meeting with my spouse and I more times than any other vendor. She was patient when I changed my mind or showed uncertainty, and outlined the real costs associated with those changes with an empathetic and problem-solving mindset. I'm not exaggerating when I say every single one of our guests told us that our wedding florals were their favorite decoration at the wedding. My coworkers showed me an album of over 50 pictures of my wedding flowers alone... that's saying something. “When researching bouquets for my wedding I knew I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on real flowers just for them to die and I be left with no memories. I considered silk flowers but then stumbled across wood flowers and I was immediately sold on the idea. At the time there weren’t many ppl local to me who made wooden bouquets but I reached out to a few and ended up going with Katie at Heart & Sola Creations because she was so easy to talk to and walked me through the whole process. She didn’t have one of the colors I needed but asked me to send a fabric sample and she created a dye color that matched my bridesmaid’s dresses perfectly!! Everything came out perfect and looked so good in pictures. 6 years later and I still have my bouquet on display on a shelf and my husband’s boutonnière in a shadow box with our invite, vows and unity rope braid. I would highly recommended Katie for any of your wooden floral needs, she won’t disappoint.”
