Mike was exceptional, he confirmed that all the songs that were specifically requested for the ceremony and introductions were played and he went over them with me to make sure that he had them correct AND HE DID! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. “We can’t recommend Chris Ward (The Other Wedding DJ) highly enough! From the very first meeting, he was an absolute pleasure to work with: professional, easygoing, and genuinely passionate about creating an unforgettable experience. The dance party was one of the parts of our wedding I was most looking forward to (besides actually getting married, of course), and Chris completely delivered. We built out our song preferences for each part of the night using the Vibo app, which made the process fun and incredibly easy. Chris has just about every song imaginable in his library. And if he doesn’t, he’ll find it. He was even able to edit songs to fit perfectly for our parent dances, which was such a thoughtful touch. He also handled the ceremony sound setup for a small additional (and very fair) charge, and everything sounded flawless from start to finish. Chris gave us the freedom to express ourselves through our music and MC preferences, but when it came time to keep the energy flowing, he took charge and executed our vision perfectly. Our dance floor was packed all night, and so many guests commented on how great the music was. He listened to every request we had leading up and I truly didn't think about a thing during the wedding day - he had our timeline completely under control and kept us on track (and if we were running behind I still have no idea because he's that good!!). The band is INCREDIBLE and had our guests on the dance floor all night!! I realized at the end of the night I never even changed out of my heels into my white sneakers because that would have meant leaving the dance floor. Our guests are still telling us how amazing the band was and several of them even got their card for their own events! Having Experience was the best decision we made!!
