Jamie was a huge blessing to have to coordinate our wedding! Even though we asked her very late, as in two days before our wedding day, she was more than willing to jump right in and help in anyway she could. I had very little experience in party planning, and felt as if I was drowning in anxiety to ensure everything was well organized. Jamie alleviated all the worries I held and had great communication in understanding our wants and needs for the day and for specific wedding traditions. The sweetest group of ladies! Firstly, Sarah's personality is what sold me with Alice Allen Events(AAE). I met her at my venue's open house event, and immediately was drawn to her friendly face. Scheduled a zoom meeting, and 5 minutes into my "inquiry" call with her, I was already sold. The vibe through just a zoom call was so warm and comforting and I felt like her personality matched mine :). I decided on Wedding management package, and Payton was my lead planner. There was plenty of communication from emails, zoom calls, and especially long texts; plenty of vendor recommendations that they have worked with, great for bouncing ideas and taking previous experiences into account; ironing out the details that I wasn't thinking about, oh and also so flexible when I had changes (hehe) she made sure that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Since the AAE ladies are a few hours drive away in Waco TX, the day of my final planning meeting with the venue was only the 2nd time with AAE in person - this was no issue! With all the zoom calls, I felt so connected with them and so comfortable walking through my vision and making last minute changes. During rehearsal day, Payton and Anna Kate were AMAZING. I was feeling emotional and overwhelmed when things weren't quite clear with my minister, and sequence of things for the ceremony. They stopped and asked what my thoughts were, gave me time to collect myself, and I'm not exactly sure what they did to shape things up, but the ceremony went PERFECT. My family said "the ones in the black dresses" (Payton and Anna Kate) were SO GOOD! They were everywhere - helping with some last minute pinning of dresses, keeping everyone and everything organized, and orchestrating all that I had envisioned. My full time job is all about process and timing, and I kept asking "how are we on time" both Payton and Anna Kate kept me in line, and reassured me "we're fine" anytime I asked. I'm so grateful to have met these ladies and to have this experience with them behind the scenes.

I included decoration set up/take down services with their coordination and it made the day so easy- my family and I were fully able to relax and enjoy the day while they set up. I have received over 1,000 images/videos in content, and still have even more coming! What’s crazy is half the time, we didn’t notice Katelyn there, but she still somehow captured every moment! I love that she wasn’t in our faces or constantly bothering us for photos/videos. This way, we were able to enjoy every aspect of our day! Katelyn truly embodied what being “behind the scenes” means! She was also always there when someone did want to ask for a photo, and always obliged, even when my mom was constantly asking her LOL. We got our raw footage back within 48 hours, and most of it after less than 24 hours. We are so grateful for Katelyn capturing all of our special moments!

Rachael was our day of coordinator and truly went above and beyond! She provided and thorough and detailed timeline and was easy to communicate with. The day of the wedding everything on the timeline went perfectly (I didn’t even know that was possible!) and she was adaptable when I wanted to push things back or change something in the moment. There were some things she pulled off I’m still not sure how she managed! I can’t recommend her and Sa’Lise events enough for your event!

I have so many wonderful things to say about Ash and Mukul at Cherry Bird events. They helped me plan a party for my sister's 30th birthday and worked closely and diligently with us throughout the entire process. From finding a venue to coming up with logistics for the day of, working with the DJ and venue teams to get a projector and photo wall. Even small things like helping put together centerpieces, Ash and Mukul did it all. And they did a phenomenal job of helping us put together a party that was not only gorgeous, but within our budget. The Cherry Bird team was just such a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the process, and on the day of, were so on top of things! By the time I would realize I wanted or needed something, I saw that Ash and Mukul had already taken care of it! Having them oversee this event was such a blessing. The process was seamless, well thought out, and both Ash and Mukul have such a calming presence that we would also start to calm down. I can’t praise this team enough and am so grateful to have had them run the show. And I know without a doubt that every party I have going forward will be organized by Cherry Bird events.
