Although I was young when they passed, I can still remember my grandfather's signature red buttercream rose hidden on every cake. In the beginning, while raising my family with my husband, I was so excited to get into the baking world and learn what it had to offer. I had been baking for years so I decided to do what I love and share it with others!

For years, l've been crafting these delectables as a labor of love for family and friends during the holiday season. Their enthusiastic responses, filled with remarks like "You should be selling these" and "Oh my gosh, you made these?" fueled my culinary curiosity.

I was born and raised in a small town in the Philippines. I lived in California for 14 years and before moving to Arizona, I met my husband and my children (our lovely dogs). I started baking as far back as a little girl, with a simple interest in creating tasty treats for my family and I. Then I moved on to baking from scratch and began to appreciate the joy in producing and assembling each piece of the puzzle. Baking from scratch allows you to select not only the highest quality ingredients but it also creates a deeper connection between the baker and the food. As often happens, interest turned into a hobby, hobby turned into an obsession.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

We are Ryan and Sara, the owners and founders of all the Iris Rose ventures! Rose Pedal Creamery is our latest and quite possibly our greatest idea yet! We believe in love and sweetness and want to bring more of that to our community.
