“My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”

“We had Christina do our month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding and she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. “Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))”
