Mill Hall was built in 1873 and operated as a grain mill until the early 2000s. Following an extensive renovation, the Hall is now ready for use as an event venue. Fully heated and air conditioned, the building is entirely hardwood, with beautiful light and open design. It is perfect for an eclectic, warm event. The space features two full floors of entertaining space. Downstairs offers 2800 square feet of formal dining area with full bar, featuring four barn doors to the outside porch. The rear of the building is being renovated to provide an dedicated dance and entertainment zone. Upstairs features two lounges, plus two changing areas and cozy prep rooms for the wedding party. Morris built The Chapel as the Centre Meeting House on his 1,000 acre farm in Niles, Michigan. Since 1830, this church has been a foundation of this community as the first and oldest recorded church within the quaint beach town of St. Joseph, Michigan. Now, we are opening our venue up to the community for booking weddings! Our rental fee for the ceremony space of $1385 includes: rental of the venue (indoor sanctuary/outdoor courtyard), officiant services, wedding coordinator, custodial services, and premarital counseling materials, and rehearsal time ($100 additional if you plan to serve food at the rehearsal). If the sanctuary is rented, the price also includes a computer operator/pianist & audio tech to run the sound system. The fellowship hall rental for reception is an additional $400-$500 ($400 M-F/$500 Sat-Sun).

We have 150 acres to stay and play on, and have installed 20,000 astro turf area with a heated pool, and cabanas, a 5000 sq foot clubhouse with bridal area, a spa, a small bodega, soon to be bar (pending liquor license -May 24 estimation), a cafe, and shop. We have a 2400 sq foot outdoor porch, and unlimited areas for you to create your vision for your big day. We are brand new, and our first wedding is May 5, 2024 and we will have pictures of this event soon after. We have games, greenhouses, firepits, and 18 holes of fisbee golf, we just love to host, no idea to big or too small. Rent a small portion, or the whole resort, it is up to you!
