“We hired Carin to coordinate a complex wedding with a lot of custom elements designed by us and our friends and family. She did an incredible job - our guests all told us what a great time they had, and how much they loved our choices - but the execution was all Carin. Before the wedding, she listened to what we wanted and made sure to ask us everything she needed to know. Then, as the day got close, we didn't have to worry even a bit. Carin handled it all and we were able to concentrate on the ceremony. She did a great job reading the room and figuring out the logistics at the same time, so that from arrival to ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner, to dancing, the evening had a flow that felt organic and natural. Us newlyweds and our guests barely had to think at all. But it was because of Carin's thoughtful and sharp coordination that it felt this way. She was keeping it running behind the scenes, making all the right calls as things came up, like a trusted general in the field. It's hard to express how happy we are with how it all turned out. We'll remember this wedding the rest of our lives, and we got to do it our way, but with a level of professionalism and execution we never could have achieved by ourselves. There's not a lot of coordinators who can do that - who can honor the vision entirely but put all the pieces together. Carin made it happen. (PS - we also hired Carin's partner, Jacob, as our wedding DJ - he did a great job too, reading the room, keeping the party going, and working seamlessly with Carin to keep the flow of the party. They book separately, and you could always choose your own DJ, but we recommend Jacob highly and were glad we went with him.)”

“We had Christina do our month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding and she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! She is so super knowledgable about everything and has such good instincts about event planning. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. “Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))”

“Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). She went out of her way to recommend our DJ and cake and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. She toured our venue and befriended all of the staff which made vendor coordination meetings go smooth. Although our venue came with a coordinator, I felt that I needed someone who knew what I wanted and would voice that to others. Steph was that mind reader. Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.”
