“Dana is amazing!!! She is so talented and made my floral experience completely seamless. When I was shopping around, I talked to a lot of really amazing and talented florists, but Dana stood out because of her drive, professionalism, and her understanding of my vision. Of note, I was between DM Events and one other vendor for my florals (he was recommended by my venue) and when I had one of my calls with him, I was quoted almost three times the price that Dana had quoted me. When I mentioned that, this vendor told me that "if I could get it for less, go with the other vendor." He genuinely didn't believe that I could have gotten what I was looking for at a lower price point. My flower delivery the day of was timely, professional, and once again, totally seamless. Since it was a very intentional Black queer celebration honoring our love and commitment, the floral choices and expertise Andrew brought was the linchpin to success, from the very beginning with our first "Get-to-know-each-other" call throughout the process including a venue walk-through up right through the big day. He ensured each detail of our wedding arrangements conveyed our intention while centering our rustic elegant color palette -- a compliment to the autumnal mountain backdrop and made us feel so seen. The impeccable creativity Andrew brought to our more traditional accents -- the bridal bouquet and boutonniere, reception harlow stands -- were equally as elevated and aesthetically eye-dropping the energetic accents and more customized requests -- our flower-adorned chuppah, the ceremony wagon for the flower girl, and the floral chandelier. Andrew's energy is infectious and his preparation and seamless operation always gave us one less thing to worry about during the planning process. He uses an online system to track all exchanges and works with you to find inspirational images to ensure what you imagined is what will transpire on the day of. He also went out of his way to understand how his floral arrangement choices would adapt to any new details as planning unfolded, like ensuring the bridal bouquet perfectly replicated the vibrancy of peak fall foliage.
