Pete Aranda (DJ Pete) started his DJ career in his teen years assisting his uncle carrying vinal records for his DJ gigs. I have been playing guitar in Austin, Texas... ...since 1989. I am a full time musician and I perform regularly for corporate events and weddings. Even though I have been playing the guitar for so long there is still so much to learn. I enjoy the process of learning new things and improving on what I already know. There are endless ways you can play a song and there are so many good songs to play. I was born in 1966 so I am heavily influenced by the music around that era which explains The Beatles, Stevie Wonder and The Great American Songbook.

With vocals comparable to Nirvana and Pearl Jam, and the guitar skills to compliment them, John Prather spends his nights playing at local hot spots on 6th street and beyond. Born and raised in McAllen, TX, John made his way to Austin after high school, to pursue a career as a performing musician. John has been performing for over 10 years. His song catalog includes a wide range of great rock hits from the 90s, and he throws in some country and oldies to keep you entertained. You can find John playing regularly at The Blind Pig Pub, Cody Ray’s Saloon, and Spinner’s Bar and Grill.

We have been helping couples plan the perfect music for their weddings since 1995. Our current roster of performers includes alumni of the Cleveland Institute of Music, University of Texas, Rice University, Temple University, UMKC Conservatory, Julliard School of Music, and Shepard School of Music.
