The space itself is absolutely stunning—it felt magical the moment we walked in and somehow looked even more beautiful on our wedding day. The entire team was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely excited for us, but Kelly deserves a special shoutout. We absolutely loved her. She went above and beyond in every possible way—most memorably by framing one of our wedding photos and sending it home with us. That alone shows how much she truly cares. The food was incredible, and our guests are still talking about it. We were having so much fun dancing that we didn’t even finish our cake, and the team thoughtfully saved it for us, which meant so much at the end of the night. The pricing was also very budget friendly, and they truly work with you to make your vision happen within what you can afford, which made the planning process so much less stressful. Everyone is still telling us how beautiful and fun our wedding was, and it honestly means the world to us. Knowing that our guests felt the love, joy, and magic of the day makes our hearts so full. None of it would have been possible without this incredible team and Kelly, who put so much care into every detail. el PRADO absolutely exceeded our expectations! So many of our guests (family AND friends) told us el PRADO was beautiful. Our moms specifically were wow'd by the opening of the ballroom at the end of the cocktail hour, and our foodie relatives loved the food! (which means a lot as they can be very... critical). Sherry took great care of us through all the planning, and both her and her staff were flawless and flexible in their day-of execution. We were able to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration with our guests, which means so much to us.

Domenico Winery was the perfect venue for our wedding celebration. We struggled with finding a venue that was both close to where we lived, fit the number of guests we wanted while also fitting within our price range & the 'vibe' we were going for, but then in came Domenico (right under our noses!) From the very beginning, their communication was prompt, clear, and very open with any questions/customizations we wanted, which made the planning process seamless. They do require at a minimum a day of planner to help ensure the wedding day goes smoothly, and I'm so glad they did as between the venue coordination and wedding planner, I didn't have much to worry about the day of! The industrial, winery-inspired space had a modern and elegant feel that perfectly suited our vision. The staff went above and beyond to make us and our loved ones feel welcome and special, incorporating so many of the unique touches we wanted. The wedding food was amazing, we are still getting compliments from our family members about how Domenico's catering was some of the best wedding food they have ever had (chilean sea bass & short ribs were top hits)! Domenico's preferred vendors list was large & we found excellent vendors to work with (including our photographer & planner) through their recommendations. We were thrilled with how our wedding day turned out and are so grateful to the Domenico team (Karla, Aaron & everyone else!) for helping to make it an unforgettable experience. Would highly, highly recommend an event or wedding here, especially if you are SF Peninsula/Silicon Valley based and looking for a cool, local spot!

Shashi Hotel Mountain View was the perfect venue for our wedding celebration! From the moment we met Madeline Villanueva, the wedding coordinator, we knew we were in great hands. Her warm and friendly communication style made us feel like we were planning a birthday party with a close friend, rather than a formal wedding. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to fulfill all of our requests, ensuring our special day was flawless. The food and service at Broma, the on-site restaurant, was excellent, though the bar drinks were quite expensive. Overall, the value was excellent - our guests raved about the friendly service and amazing hotel amenities. We are thrilled with our decision to host our wedding at Shashi Hotel Mountain View and highly recommend working with Madeline and her team!

I recently threw a surprise baby shower for my friend, the venue seemed like a really good fit on Sunday mornings for this type of event. We loved this venue and all our memories from our wedding. We worked with Narod who helped in all communication. We also got help from Ryan in AV. They were both so easy going and great to work with! We loved how beautiful the setup is. The ceremony outside was so nice. The Redwood Hall is also so gorgeous for photos and fun for dancing. We also really liked the cocktail area. We got an animal ambassador and guests had fun seeing the ferret and kestrel. We got nothing but compliments related to how fun the venue was. We are so happy we chose this place for our wedding. If you're looking for a BEAUTIFUL place to get married in Half Moon Bay that has the KINDEST staff, DELICIOUS food drink, & the most PERFECT view that overlooks the water you've found it. Brittani, Annie, and Lisa from the venue were amazing to work with from the jump and they made our wedding day perfect in every way. Brittani was an absolute dream wedding event coordinator and we are so grateful that she helped us through every moment. I'm sad that I don't get to plan anymore with her because the wedding is done - I had so much fun working with her! Our wedding had about 80 people and it was a beautiful July day with good weather. The venue has both indoor and outdoor seating options for the reception. There are a lot of different food drink options for the menu too. We had a delicious tasting session the food on the wedding day was so yummy too. We chose this venue because: 1. We love the half moon bay brewery 2. The view venue are beautiful 3. We loved Brittani and the staff the minute we first stepped on the grounds and had our first tour of the place! I wouldn't change a thing about our wedding and I'm so thankful we found Mavericks house. Thanks for making all our wedding dreams come true.

We had a wonderful experience working with the Saratoga Country Club for our wedding. From the very beginning and throughout the whole process, the event planner Sherry was always quick to respond and helpful with answering all my questions. The Country Club recently repainted and re-carpeted their reception room, and it looks so good! They had an event earlier in the day before our wedding, so I was super worried they wouldn't be able to set everything up quickly enough, but they did an amazing job! I had a minute to see the reception room before the ceremony, and they had arranged and decorated everything exactly how I had specified. The day-of reception coordinator, Mara, was also wonderful. She was super attentive and helpful, even checking on our parents multiple times throughout the evening to make sure they were happy. Would definitely recommend this venue for a South Bay wedding!

Mezza Luna Restaurant was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was great and they were always quick to follow up on any questions or requests we had. The quality of their work and the value they provided was excellent - the venue itself was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. Their expert support in planning our event was invaluable, and the serving staff was incredibly attentive throughout the night. There are also several nearby hotels, making it convenient for our out-of-town guests, and the venue is very kid-friendly. We had such an amazing experience at Mezza Luna that we will definitely be planning future events there.

We had our wedding reception at Fogo de Chão, San Jose in 2022, and it was an incredible event! We were looking for a venue that was all inclusive: food, drinks, tables, chairs, etc. This definitely simplified the process for us. The planning process was smooth and very flexible with their events team as well. There are great food and drink packages to choose from, they are very flexible with table arrangements, and they are very transparent about pricing. There were a couple of event management personnel changes throughout our planning process, but on their end, they made sure to honor our previous arrangements. They also worked very well with our month-of coordinator we hired. Overall, I would definitely recommend a restaurant buyout for a wedding at Fogo! The atmosphere was cozy, the food was incredible, and the restaurant is beautiful and chic requiring no extra decor on our end. Our guests raved about the food afterwards, and told us it was the best wedding they had been to!

I ended up changing venues in the last minute with 2 months before the wedding. I can't begin to tell you how accommodating the event staff, AV staff, Catering staff, Front Desk, Housekeeping Staff were. Everyone pitched in to make my wedding a dream co e true. Their communication between each department, between my wedding coordinator and myself was above board. The buffet meal was great, presentation was great and set up. We even had a staff member come in on their day off to make sure everything was perfect. Rooms were very clean, well stocked and anything we needed in the room was provided right away. A family of 40 friends and relatives celebrated the life of a beloved family member who passed. Finca Montara helped find a bi-lingual non-denominational pastor, and a harpist for uplifting music. The comfortable antique pews and chairs added a lovely ambiance. Afterwards, we adjourned to the house for a buffet, toasts to the departed, and family unity. Altogether a wonderful experience! Highly recommended for weddings and renewal of vows as well as commemorations.

This venue brought our wedding to life with the sweeping views and nothing but rolling hills as far as the eye could see. We had great locations across the property picked out for photos which was very important to us as we didn't get any engagement photos. Our families and guests were blown away by how beautiful, organized, and smooth the entire celebration was. Everyone was so impressed with the venue, and we received endless compliments throughout the night. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious — huge shout out to Chef Maria and staff. Fairview Metropolitan gave us the most unforgettable day, with a level of service and quality that far exceeded our expectations. The best part? It was affordable for the value we received.
