“Summary/TLDR: We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made. When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful! We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts. I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room. Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!! If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!”

Baseball seating chart wall (my husband has played baseball all his life including college and now coaches)). If we were unsure of who to hire for a specific service, Lo provided us with different options that she thought would fit our style. Communication was on point. Lo took initiative to connect with all our vendors and worked hand in hand with our venue, making sure that they knew and understood everything going on. She was always available for us and very responsive. “We hired Kenna and her team to help us partial wedding plan for our wedding that we planned in only 5 months, and they made all of the last minute confirming and questions so easy! I was nervous trying to plan a wedding in such a short amount of time, but they were always there via text/email/call if we needed to ask any questions. Mari was there the day of with us, and since we were living in VA but getting married in AZ, she let me ship a bunch of boxes to her house ahead of time so it was all there when we arrived which was a HUGE help! She is so so sweet and was super helpful. The rehearsal and the day of went perfectly - I didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day; example, I forgot to put tips into designated envelopes for vendors, and she swooped in and took care of everything for us! I even found a pin shoved inside of multiple layers in my dress from the seamstress right before we walked into the reception, and she went as far as to figure out a way to rip it out with her teeth to save the day!! LOL They are so sweet and easy to work with, I would highly recommend Kenna and her team at McKenna Katherine Weddings to anyone looking for some support and guidance while planning your best day ever ️️”
