We had such a wonderful experience working with Buxton Media Productions. From start to finish, Joshua was a dream to have as our videographer. We hired Buxton Media Productions to capture all the special moments during our wedding and they delivered! We had one phone call with them before we booked and knew they were a good fit. We wanted them to capture all our speeches, the ceremony, and dances. They were very professional and responsive in their communication. Yes we do with enough notice. If the destination is outside the United States, we need at least 12 months notice to get everything in order and to make travel arrangements.

Yes, we can customize a package to just film a simple elopement and deliver a full ceremony only for any couple.

While we try to work with any couple with any kind of notice, we do fill up the peak wedding season (Fall) pretty far out. We are already starting to book for 2024 and recommend most couples to lock us in their calendar by January before we are all booked up.

Yes, our company is covered under multiple forms of insurance that most venues require.

While the weather can be somewhat unpredictable, we strive to ensure we have a backup plan incase of bad weather. Most venues will have a backup plan if we need to move indoors. If the couple decides to stay outside we will try to accommodate but cannot make any guarantees.

Unlike many other wedding companies, we edit all of our weddings in house. We have a small team of video producers and editors that edit each film not only for our own weddings but also work with other wedding videographers to edit for them because of the high quality we are able to produce.

It is possible for us to accomplish this, but proper planning and additional fees will apply.

We always recommend out Gold or Platinum package because it provides 2 videographers, which is essential to allow us to capture your wedding day properly. If your wedding day is more complicated and you wish to be a little more extravagant with the wedding video we would recommend for us to bring an additional videographer for coverage.

Lighting is absolutely critical for good video quality. Without proper lighting from our own lights we cannot guarantee the video quality for dances or speeches. Lighting elevates the quality and feel of the video and you will not regret having it there. Most DJ lighting is not sufficient for what we need to do.

We always place a lav microphone on the groom for ceremonies, as well as an additional audio recorder for a sound board or DJ. The audio from our cameras are not sufficient enough to cut out the additional noises from the guests and environment. It is essential for a good full ceremony and speeches recording to capture audio this way.
