The BEST wedding venue and overall experience
The Van Dusen Team was amazing to work with and seriously made our day perfect. Everything ran smoothly; the staff was so helpful, organized and communicative leading up to and on the wedding day. We went with their Essentials Package and it was perfect for what we wanted - having catering/bar, DJ, floral, photography, and planning all centrally managed through the venue made the entire process low-stress and actually enjoyable. Not the mention, all of their in-house vendors absolutely killed it. Our guests were blown away by the entire experience, and it honestly the most beautiful, perfect day. I would choose the Van Dusen Mansion for my wedding again in a heartbeat.
Absolutely Amazing!
I had my wedding at the Van Dusen Mansion in November 2025 and it was everything I ever dreamed of. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they really took a giant weight off of our shoulders making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the night. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone thinking about it!
Get Married Here
Simply put, there is no better place to get married than the Van Dusen Mansion. The venue itself is stunning, seamlessly incorporating the beauty of the historic mansion that brought our vision of an elegant wedding day to life, with the natural immersion of the courtyard to deliver an unforgettable ceremony, with a perfect ballroom for dinner and carriage house for the party. The staff are incredible to work with- they're experts for a reason.
Gorgeous Venue!
We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at The Van Dusen Mansion, and it was truly a dream come true. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for us. The mansion is absolutely stunning, and the team’s professionalism made the planning process smooth and enjoyable. After placing our deposit, we received a clear and detailed planning timeline, which the team stuck to from beginning to end. Monica, the venue director, was incredibly responsive and genuinely excited to work with us. We were planning a hybrid cultural wedding, which can sometimes be daunting for vendors, but Monica embraced it wholeheartedly and made us feel supported every step of the way. We also appreciated the flexibility of being able to tour the venue multiple times without any pushback. By the time our wedding day arrived, it truly felt like we were inviting guests into our own home. One thing to note: the venue requires that the get-ready rooms be cleaned out before the ceremony begins. This was a bit inconvenient as things got hectic, and we recommend couples assign someone specifically to manage that, as we did lose track of a few personal items after the event. The only other downside is that you're required to use their exclusive catering partner, Mintahoe (we've left a separate review for them). Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The Van Dusen Mansion is a stunning venue with a fantastic team, and we’re so grateful to have celebrated our special day there! Photo cred: @storytellercoweddings
