This reception area features three walls of windows with an alcove on the fourth wall to create a focal point to your ceremony and/or reception. Directly off of the main space is an attached covered terrace overlooking our wet pond. Adjacent to the main space are bathrooms, as well as a catering kitchen.

The Most Beautiful Venue with an Incredible Team

Our wedding at The Upchurch was truly everything we dreamed of and more. From the moment we arrived that morning to get ready, the day felt calm, joyful, and so thoughtfully planned. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The historic home is full of charm and natural light, the Magnolia Lawn is breathtaking, and the Conservatory is bright, romantic, and timeless. Every part of the day flowed so naturally from the ceremony to cocktail hour and into the reception. It genuinely felt like a fairytale from beginning to end. Booking The Upchurch’s in-house wedding planning service was one of the best decisions I made. Melanie was incredible throughout the entire planning process. She was organized, reassuring, and truly cared about bringing our vision to life. On the wedding day, I worked closely with Heidi, Tara, and Melanie, and they were absolutely amazing. They handled every detail seamlessly, coordinated everything behind the scenes, and made sure the day ran perfectly. Because of them, I never once felt stressed and was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful The Upchurch is and how perfect the entire day felt. The combination of a breathtaking venue and a team that genuinely cares about their couples is something truly special. Choosing The Upchurch was one of the best decisions we made, and we will always be grateful for the role they played in making our wedding day unforgettable.

From the moment we booked our wedding at The Upchurch, Cara and Hannah were incredibly helpful, thorough, caring, supportive, and excited to work with us. They have a wealth of experience hosting weddings and truly went above and beyond to make our day special. The Upchurch has a gorgeous, large space with so many beautiful backdrop options, and the team's attention to detail was impeccable. They helped us find the perfect vendors and took all of our thoughts and ideas to the next level. Very much recommend going with their in-house planning team, as Melanie was so accommodating, helpful, and kind! The venue itself was already beautiful, but the Upchurch team made it feel truly magical. We are so grateful for their expertise and the way they prioritized making our wedding day exactly what we dreamed of!

The Upchurch was an amazing wedding venue for our special day. From the beginning, their communication was fast and accommodating, helping us feel at ease throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and overall value was fantastic - the industrial, open-air space with the beautiful lawn and pond created the perfect backdrop for our reception. They clearly knew our vision ahead of time and executed it flawlessly, even surprising us with some special touches the morning of the wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to work with. Highly recommend The Upchurch to any couple looking for a unique, nature-inspired setting for their wedding.

Where to begin! The Upchurch is hands down the best venue to have your wedding at! Our wedding was back in September 2024 and I still can't get over how seamless the day went. This was the perfect space for a wedding where our guests were able to easily flow through the venue from start to finish. This venue is so versatile which really let’s you have full range of planning your day and how it looks. The details this venue and staff offers really pulled the day together and you can tell how thought out everything was. Cara and her staff took the BEST care of us and were so helpful throughout the planning process. Not only that but they are so friendly and inviting! Hannah is amazing!! She was so patient going through our questions and she was so thoughtful making us feel remembered and top priority the entire time! Cara is so connected in the industry, so we received a lot of our vendors through her recommendations and I’m so glad we trusted her because everyone was top quality and our perfect fit! The Upchurch goes above and beyond to make you and your day feel so special down to every detail! We received so many compliments from our guests and we couldn’t be happier with how our wedding went.
