A 1797 Gentleman's farm on 20 private acres, we offer a rustic yet elegant vibe. Four lovely guestrooms for the guests you want close on your big day. Breakfast and lunch included in some pkgs. Our award winning staff will set up your rentals, decorations in most cases, and act as parking crew. Every pkg designed to make your day both stressfree and memorable with our onsite included day of coordination. List of suggested vendors available but not required. Fallen Tree offers a variety of pkgs - elopement all inclusive max 30 guests Micro all inclusive max 50 guests Weekend Experience - venue only max 145 guests - Fri-Sun Layover Experience- venue only max 175 Sat-Sun Budget Pkg - Sundays only 10 hours on property with a scheduled rehearsal and set up time. We are just a few minutes from local attractions including the Appalachian Trail, Dickinson College and Carlisle Car Shows. An elegant cocktail event held in our barn ruins ceremony area for 20 guests which includes beverages and hors d'oeuvres for an intimate event celebrating the beginning of your lives together. Includes officiant, bouquet and boutinere, music, cake, non alcoholic beverages and a robust charcuterie reception, A room to dress in and spend the night along with room service breakfast. 2.5 hours for your event. Available Mon- Thurs only some select Fridays

    My husband and I wanted to have a small intimate Christmas wedding and Kim and her staff at Fallen Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast made it happen. Everything was perfect from the decorations to the food. Kim really thinks of everything and her small wedding package was perfect for what we wanted. I didn’t have to worry about anything and everything went so smoothly. Her house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was like we walked into a hallmark movie. She was attentive and kind. My husband and I will cherish that day and the time we spent there. We hope to be back again soon.

    We held our micro wedding in early November 2025. Kim made sure every detail was handled, and went above and beyond. Her staff was very helpful and everything went so smoothly. Our breakfasts were delicious, highly recommend renting the whole b&b for the weekend (so low stress, we arrived and unpacked Friday and did rehearsal, then married Saturday and checked out Sunday morning). Beautiful site and views for fall, expertly coordinated, so stress free and wonderful. A lot of thoughtful work went into making this event of 50 people so seamless and easy we didn’t need a wedding coordinator. Food and dessert was chosen by us in advance but coordinated by the venue, so easy! Additionally the florals Kim picked were perfect. Our guests stayed in town at the Comfort suites which was an easy uber for them. The wedding party stayed onsite, worked out beautifully. Thank you Fallen Tree Farm, the owners, and staff. Also very affordable all inclusive micro wedding package!

    Fallen Tree Farm Bed And Breakfast was the perfect venue for our intimate wedding. From the first inquiry to the wedding day, Kim's communication was fast and responsive - she approved all of our decisions and took care of everything, so we just had to bring a few decorations. The venue was the perfect size for our wedding, with beautiful scenery that made for an amazing backdrop. Kim is extremely dedicated to her job and venue, and she didn't stop until all of our needs were met. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we give Fallen Tree Farm Bed And Breakfast 10/10 stars!
