My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat. Tucked beside Pike National Forest, the venue is surrounded by nature and created a truly enchanting setting for our special event. Steve and Jennifer were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for an unforgettable place to host a wedding or special celebration, we wholeheartedly recommend Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat!

The team at Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were easy to talk to, very helpful, attentive, kind, and made us feel warmly welcomed throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was amazing - the highest quality space we could have asked for and an amazing value too. They made our wedding truly memorable by providing outstanding service and being attentive to every detail and request we had. The ceremony site bordering the beautiful Pike National Forest, with towering pines and aspen trees stands, was the perfect backdrop for us to exchange our vows. We're so grateful to the Arcadia Villa team for helping make our special day truly magical.

Our peak season is May 1 through October 31.

Our off peak season is November 1 to April 30.

For our one-day package, we offer 12 hours. For our weekend package, we offer Friday afternoon through Sunday morning.

You may cancel at anytime up to 180 days prior to event at no cost. If you cancel between 179 days and 61 days, you will be charged 50 percent of the rental cost. For cancellations 60 days prior to event date, you will be charged 100 percent of rental costs.

From Colorado Springs Airport, take US Highway 24 West towards Woodland Park. Continue on US Highway 24 past Woodland Park for approximately 15 miles to Lake George. Turn left on County Road 90 and go approximately one mile. We are on the left at 8140 County Road 90, Lake George, CO 80827.

Yes, we request that you purchase a wedding or special events insurance policy.

We offer use of the venue including a 3680 sq foot covered space with an bridal suite, groom suite, guest restrooms and shower, access to Pike National Forest, fire pits, fireplaces, full lighting package, beverage station, audio plugins for DJ/band, big screen tv, projector and screen, tables, chairs, linens, and propane heaters for use during cool evenings.
