Our Full Planning Service is designed for the couple that seeks professional expertise and experience to plan the wedding of their dreams. Using your inspirations, we provide options while you make the decisions. This package is the most popular service among StarDust couples.

This level of service is for the couple who want service throughout the wedding weekend. The Premier Planning Service includes unlimited planning hours and up to 3 staff members for the wedding day, plus one staff member for two additional parties. For couples who want a destination wedding, this package is a must and includes two staff members plus travel expenses.

Our Partial Wedding Planning Service provides a set number of planning hours, communication, meetings, and à la carte services. The couple receives some direction and assistance, but this service enables the couple to take the lead. The Partial Service is also a great solution for micro-weddings.

We'll kick things off with a dazzling floor plan, setting the scene for your celebration. Then we add all the decor that finishes your vision. We'll join you for a fun adventure with one of our preferred floral designers to select stunning arrangements that will make your day bloom with joy.

    Hello Marsha! Well we did it! What an absolutely beautiful wedding we had! There is just so much to be grateful for I don’t know where to begin. You made the planning of the event quickly go from high stress to no stress as I entrusted you to lead us through the process of thoughtfully curating the perfect wedding for Rachelle. I cannot thank you enough for the value that you added from that first meeting to discuss the overall desired vision for the day, to implementation of that vision. Your expertise in all areas of wedding planning from timelines to quality vendor contacts, and, most importantly, in design and coordination, made the whole experience delightful. And you did it all within budget! You are, indeed, a master of wedding planning! With all that being said, I want to emphasize a few things that stood out to me and are worthy of mentioning: Florals and table designs were over the top gorgeous! John did an absolutely amazing job! Many of our guests commented on just how spectacular the floral arrangements were. The transformation of the Lantana room from blah to striking was amazing! The draping, lighting, dance floor, DJ and bar facades, as well as the most unusual seating chart, were special enhancements that made the space so beautiful! Dance floor props were great fun and cowhide coasters were a huge hit. I love how you interjected the Texas experience, as Rachelle and Mike requested. I especially appreciate how you helped us make the decision to move the ceremony inside. It would have been disastrous if we were all outside as the skies opened up and the rain came pouring down. You seamlessly pivoted to the inside venue beautifully, and your foresight in requesting and securing the presidential suite for the day of activities did not go unnoticed. When I saw Rachelle and Mike the morning after the wedding they expressed how perfect they thought their wedding day was. And just yesterday Rachelle told me she was sad that the wedding was over. I have also received many compliments from family and other guests regarding how lovely the wedding was and how much they enjoyed it. Marsha, we could not have done it properly without you.     Weddings by Stardust is an absolute dream to work with! If you’re looking for a wedding planner, look no further. We had the pleasure of working with Peyton, and I can’t emphasize enough how detailed, organized, and genuinely fun she is. Both my husband and I work full-time, and Peyton made the entire planning and vendor coordination process completely stress-free and enjoyable. I created a design board to share my vision, and Peyton brought it to life flawlessly. At every vendor appointment, she had already pre-selected options that matched my style perfectly. She was spot-on every single time, which made decision-making effortless. When unexpected rain forced us to move the wedding indoors at the last minute, Peyton and her team handled the transition seamlessly. Everything went so smoothly that by the next day, we’d practically forgotten it had even rained. I can’t recommend Weddings by Stardust enough. They truly made our wedding day magical and we are incredibly thankful.
