Taylored Events also has an extensive collection of unique rentals to offer couples - lounge/furniture, decor, centerpieces, signage, and more! Taylored Events is your one-stop-shop for all things coordination & design - we set up any decor you provide, as well as the rentals you reserve from us. We also offer affordable, customized florals to meet your vision!

We believe and know that every couple needs a different level of assistance in planning or coordinating their big day - we are happy to provide custom packages for any couple! Envisioning decor you do not see in our inventory? We are happy to discuss purchasing items to add to our inventory so that you do not have to buy/store said items!

We truly cannot say enough good things about Taylored Events & Rentals! From day one, communication was so easy and quick, which made the entire process feel stress-free. Taylor was incredibly kind, organized, and so thoughtful with every detail. The decor and rentals were absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything came together so perfectly! from the ceremony setup to the table details and sweetheart table. You can truly tell how much care and heart goes into their work. The fact that pieces were repurposed throughout the day was such a special touch and made everything feel even more intentional. On top of all of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality and level of service we received. Setup and breakdown were seamless, and we felt so taken care of. We are beyond grateful and would recommend Taylored Events & Rentals to any couple looking for someone who genuinely cares about making your day beautiful and special.

Taylor and her team were absolutely amazing throughout the wedding planning process and the day-of coordination. Taylor took the time asking lots of detailed questions to really understand our vision for our special day and added her own creative input, putting together the most beautiful decor theme and a flawless execution. There were various things that did not go according to plan the day of (out of our control things like weather, other vendors forgetting things, etc) but Taylor and her assistant were on top of it, making sure everything was fixed before we ever knew there had been a hiccup. Being the bride, I was obviously stressed going into the morning of the wedding because I’m a perfectionist, but the second Taylor and her team arrived at the venue that morning I felt so at ease because I knew we were in great hands. I can’t thank the staff at Taylored Events and Rentals enough for the magic they worked to make our wedding day unforgettable! She also personally crafted my bridal bouquet and two medium arrangements for our sweat heart table and just WOW!!! Highly highly recommend using them for all your coordination and planning needs!

Taylor was amazing from start to finish. As a very type-A bride, I appreciated how responsive, organized, and on top of every detail she was. She made the entire day feel effortless and stress-free, handling things before I even realized they needed to be handled. She kept everything running smoothly, and even our groomsmen were commenting on how great she was. I truly can’t imagine our wedding day without her and would recommend Taylor to anyone in a heartbeat.

Taylor is kind, professional, and beyond organized - everything you could want and need in a coordinator. She adds calmness to what can easily be chaos, and we could not have asked for a better organizer to make the day so perfect and memorable. Taylor created a custom package for our unique, day-of coordinating needs. Our wedding was out of town for her, and she still attended our final, pre-planning meeting at the venue. Taylor listened to every question we had and detail we needed and was so proactive in asking questions we didn't even think about. Her coordinating was truly magical. She quietly made a difference everywhere she went. She didn't bother you with day-of questions and knew exactly what needed to be done and just did it. She takes initiative with humility and respect. She was helpful to not only us as her clients but also to every other vendor involved in the wedding from onsite staff to the DJ and band. Her communication skills and expertise were invaluable to us. We would rate her 10 stars if we could!
