I will bring a trusted assistant coordinator with me on the day-of to ensure everything runs smoothly. These are team members I’ve personally trained and worked with extensively. You'll never feel like you're being passed off — instead, you'll have a lead planner who knows your vision inside and out, supported by a handpicked team when needed.

Do you also plan other events, like showers or rehearsal dinners?

Yes! While weddings are our specialty, we’re happy to assist with other celebrations like bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and post-wedding brunches. Whether you need full planning support or just help tying together the final details, we can create a custom proposal to fit your needs and ensure every event leading up to your big day feels seamless and special.

How much time should we expect to spend with you?

The amount of time we spend together depends on the level of service you book. Full Planning clients can expect regular check-ins, design meetings, and ongoing support throughout the process. Partial Planning includes a mix of scheduled planning sessions and behind-the-scenes guidance. Month-of Coordination involves a detailed handoff about 4–6 weeks before your wedding, with final walk-throughs and timeline prep. No matter your package, I’m here to make the most of your time and keep things stress-free.

Do you take on multiple weddings in a day or weekend?

No — I only take on one wedding per day to give each couple my full attention. Depending on the season, I may have more than one wedding in a weekend, but never in a way that compromises the care, energy, and focus I bring to your day. I carefully manage my calendar to ensure every event receives the time and dedication it deserves.
