Personally, my husband and I have been married for a little over 20 years. I am a mother of 2 beautiful teenage daughters. I am also a lover of scrapbooks, holiday traditions, photography, PSL, Pinterest and wine. Organizationally, I like to check in with all of my clients each week on Tuesdays. This helps us all stay organized and makes sure tasks do not sneak up on us. I find joy in bringing their vision to life. Making you feel comfortable and taken care of during a party is my love language.

Professionally, I am able to watch over the broad strokes of an event, while keeping the details at the forefront of the design vision. My team and I will: be the calm voice in your room, run your event with joy and kindness, and provide an environment where you are having a good time, instead of being pulled away from your guests to handle logistics.

Nickie is friendly and very helpful when it comes to all things wedding! She was easy to talk to, made herself available via text, call, and made us feel like we were in good hands with our big day! Nickie had many vendor recommendations and with her experience, she was able to fill in the gaps regarding things you don't think about that are essential to your day. In the planning process, she keeps you on track with a timeline of what to do when. She really excels in day of coordination and nailed the vision of our wedding day! She brought her team with her and my family and I got to enjoy the day and not stress trying to set up because she took care of all set up and communication with vendors. My husband, family and I really appreciated that. Leading up to our wedding weekend she was such a great asset- communicating and nailing down details with all vendors! You can tell she really puts her couples first and wants to do what she can to make it the best experience.

Nickie and the SantanaRain team were an absolute pleasure to work with for my daughter’s wedding. SantanaRain was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning. We did month of coordination and Nickie was available to text, call, and meet for zoom calls! She and her team put us at ease and filled in the gaps of the things we didn’t even think of. Her team helped facilitate the day perfectly and everything was on time. Nickie had such a creative brain and her background in all her events helped with structuring the day. She was great to brainstorm with and we often asked for her advice on details.
