The best planner there ever was!
Chelsea was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she made sure every single detail was exactly how I pictured it and somehow even better. She paid attention to the smallest details, kept everyone on track, and handled every moving piece with grace and calm professionalism. Her creativity and ideas, especially for the tablescape, elevated the entire look and feel of our wedding day. She and her team went above and beyond, spending so much time fluffing Christmas trees, perfecting the space, and making sure everything felt magical and personal. Nothing was overlooked. Chelsea is calm, organized, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She made the entire planning process feel manageable and the wedding day itself completely stress-free. I truly could not have had the wedding I did without her. Grant and I are endlessly grateful and cannot say enough kind words about her and her team. It was truly the best day of our lives, and we owe so much of that to Chelsea. Highly, highly recommend.

I worked with Chelsea for the partial planning package, and it was absolutely perfect for what I needed. She provided so many helpful materials at the start (budgets, checklists, marriage counseling resources, and more) which really helped me set clear expectations from the beginning. The checklist she created was so well thought out, it kept me on track and spread out the tasks so I rarely felt overwhelmed. Our monthly check-ins made sure I was moving through my to-do list, but they always felt relaxed and enjoyable. I had a bit of party-planning experience from my sorority days, so the partial package was a perfect fit. The design elements were what initially felt most overwhelming, since that’s what truly transforms a fun party into a wedding! I was SO grateful for Chelsea’s expertise and guidance. In the couple of months leading up to the wedding, she took over all of our vendor contracts. It was such a huge relief that made everything so much easier. On the wedding day itself, Chelsea was incredible. She was professional, calm, and completely on top of every detail. Everything ran so smoothly thanks to her organization and experience. I was so impressed with how hands-off she allowed us to be. Brian and I could truly soak in each moment without worrying about logistics. She coordinated beautifully with the vendors so we could simply enjoy our day. Chelsea was super easy to work with throughout the entire process and made everything feel stress-free. She answered all my frantic emails and one-off questions with patience and kindness, and she let my mom have fun running with her design vision. I can’t recommend Chelsea enough! If you’re looking for someone who knows exactly what they’re doing and will help you actually enjoy your wedding planning, she’s the one!
Wedding planner of my dreams!
Sabrina at Lucky Day Events was the wedding planner of my dreams. From the very start, she stood out of all of the wedding planners by making her approach so personable. Once my husband and I hired Lucky Day Events, Sabrina made our experience customized based on our needs, leading us to feel such an ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. When people ask me how we seemed so calm during wedding planning, we attribute so much of that to Lucky Day. We didn't worry, always had peace of mind, and felt very heard and seen by her planning. The vision we wanted with our sentimentality, overall energy we wanted to create throughout the entire wedding, to every detail with the aesthetic for flower, videographer, photographer vendors, and more, Sabrina understood and delivered. Day of our wedding both my husband and I felt such ease due to Sabrina’s expertise handling all of the details and overseeing everything, and we were so deeply happy with how everything felt and looked! We truly thank you from the depths of our heart, Sabrina! It was more than planning, you brought an experience for us that we will always cherish looking back on wedding planning and our special day. Booking Chelsea as your planner is the BEST decision you will make in all wedding planning!!! Look no further, you have found the real deal!! I’ve witnessed siblings’ and friends’ wedding planners through the years and never experienced anyone as thorough and AMAZING as Chelsea! She was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. I lost my mom during wedding planning and to say I was a scatter brained, disorganized bride is an understatement. Chelsea took on my stress, helping to talk me through next steps with such calmness and positivity through it all. She never made me feel like I was slacking and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was thought through and handled. Every question big or small, she was so quick with an extremely helpful response. On the day, she was SO on top of literally everything. From big things like navigating iffy weather at two separate ceremony and reception locations to small things like making sure we actually sat and ate our dinner during the reception. She is the reason our day ended up being SO wonderful!!!! We simply couldn’t have done it without her! She has a wedding planning GIFT, that’s for sure!
