As your straightforward sounding board, we'll help you narrow down your Pins and hear out your dreams. (Heck, we'll even dream with you.) And we'll help you navigate your feelings, ideas and even your mom! But you should also know that if one of your ideas won’t really work – or there is a better way to approach your idea, we’re going to tell you that too! Because, trust us, you might think a trolley filled with your wedding party is a great idea. But the air conditioning of a bus is better than diesel fumes any day - especially during summer in the city.

Your Been There Done That Experts With us, you've got a " been there, done that" expert in your corner who understands the world of events. Someone diplomatic - who knows how and when to speak up to get things done tactfully. We'll listen to your concerns and make sure they're handled. We'll walk into your venue with big smiles and 40 extra copies of the most recent/correct floor plan. And we'll communicate with the venue, vendors and day-of team to make sure your wants and needs are honored. Basically, we’ve got your back ALL day in ALL ways!

Our elevated coordination begins 4 to 6 months before your wedding. You get a custom planning portal, timeline support, vendor guidance, and a team that steps in early to keep everything organized. On wedding day, we run the show so you can be fully present and blissfully stress-free.

    Choosing to work with Diane and HBIC weddings was one of the best decisions we've made. We liked her instantly and appreciated her sense of humor and experienced guidance. Diane made planning our wedding so easy by providing excellent vendor recommendations, helping us focus on where best to spend our budget, and wrangling the cats so we had a stress-free weekend.     Hiring HBIC to help us plan our wedding was the best choice we made throughout the wedding process! As my husband and I were the first children in each of our families to get married.. we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with an invite list of 350 people! We also both were working full time and had active social lives on the weekend. From the start, Diane met with us, answered all our initial questions and worked with us over the course of 9 months to lock in the vendors that helped our day come to life. She was flexible with our meeting times, met with us to reassure us we were on track whenever we needed it, and helped make the months leading up to the wedding as stress-free as possible. She has so much experience and expertise in the business, it's obvious from the start but became even more obvious with each meeting. Once we were officially a few months out, Diane and Caitlyn worked day in and day out to help construct a timeline and an organized plan for how the weekend would play out... ensuring that the weekend reflected who my husband and I were as a couple! They honored every request we had.. big and small! When the wedding weekend arrived, the HBIC team did a flawless job at carrying out the events activities while adding no stress onto me, my family or my husband! We were able to take all of the weekend's magic in as one of the best events of our lives were carried out! The HBIC team also had the best personalities and were all so complimentary, kind, and positive throughout the time they were there…which was such an added plus. We cannot be more grateful that we went with HBIC for our wedding and will definitely be referring newly engaged couples to them moving forward!”

    Throughout planning, Diane offered guidance when we needed direction and listened when we knew exactly what we wanted. Budget was my biggest concern, and Diane was realistic about costs from the start; when all was said and done, we stayed within our budget. The wedding day itself went smoothly, with no confusion or stress around logistics. We were able to enjoy every moment. I don’t know how we could have done it without an experienced planner. Diane and HBIC were worth every penny for their support in choosing a venue, sourcing vendors, and ensuring a seamless, stress-free wedding day.

    We loved working with Diane! Our wedding would have been a mess if it had not been for Diane! We both work long hours out of state and Diane singlehandedly planned everything for us so that when we walked into our wedding it was a fairytale for the both of us. She thought of things that we needed that we didn't even know we needed. She communicated well with our families and provided clear instructions and timelines for our families and wedding parties. We would recommend Diane to everyone we know and we feel so lucky that we had the best wedding planner who created our absolute dream wedding. Our friends and families could not stop talking about how great HBIC was after our wedding. We will be singing her praises from the rooftops forever!
