Hi, I'm Olivia Grayce! I'm addicted to bringing wedding day to life. I've been a bride, a bridesmaid, a guest, a venue manager, and even an officiant. Which means I know what's keeping you up at night, where to seat Aunt Susan at dinner, how to pin the boutonniere, when to cue the DJ, who you call for a cake emergency, and (of course) how to party hard. My goal is to offload the stress of planning so you can kick back some champagne and celebrate with the ones who love you most.

The Day-Of Coordinator Plus+ package is for couples who are looking for a bit more guidance throughout the planning process. This package offers more detail meetings and day-of coverage in order to provide couples with a bit more help!

Perfection doesn’t even begin to describe Olivia. She is the kindest and sweetest soul you will ever meet, and to have her serve as our day of coordinator was our honor. It’s hard to even say “day of coordinator” because there are at least three meetings before the big day to discuss every single detail and the vision of the wedding. About a week or two before the wedding, she then takes over all communications with the vendors… when I say she goes above and beyond, she goes ABOVE. She is a true professional who handled all behind the scenes activities. From answering vendor questions, helping with our seating chart, or even bustling my dress, she was a dream come true. We could not have done the big day without her. Please, just book her now if you’re even considering it :) Olivia - thank you for everything!! I could write a novel about you - but just know you truly were a godsend!

We made the best decision in hiring Olivia as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding! As the bride, I didn’t have to make any surprise decision at all the day of the wedding, and she executed the wedding without hiccups, even adjusting the location of the tables just in case we needed the rainy day backup. She was even there for our wedding rehearsal and made sure to check up on us on anything we needed (like bringing us water when the sun broke through the clouds). Everyone commented on how smoothly the wedding went. She was such a calming force on the day of the wedding, and I would highly recommend her!
