    Working with Erica through our wedding planning journey made much of the planning so much easier. From the detailed homework assignments to her being on-call (literally) when dealing with vendors and one another, made the entire process less challenging. She is not only skilled in her work, but has many personal contacts with several popular vendors ranging from decor to floral to entertainment. Also—she keeps front of mind your budget so don’t think about going over because she will check once, twice and even a third time to ensure all the random ideas you may see on IG or think of along the planning journey aren’t added if it’s not within your budget. From one couple to another, we advise stay on top of the homework assignments and be yourselves. Erica does a great job at getting to know the two of you as individuals and as a couple.

    Working with Erica was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during our entire wedding journey. From day one, her logistical expertise stood out. She has a well-structured, thoughtful process that kept us on track with every decision—from selecting vendors at the right times to managing key deadlines. With our busy careers, this level of organization was invaluable and kept the entire planning experience stress-free. Erica also shines in budget management. Because of her deep industry experience, she quickly spotted opportunities to save money without sacrificing quality or design. She regularly updated us on how we were tracking against the budget and offered informed recommendations whenever we chose to splurge in one area. Thanks to her, we stayed financially grounded while still achieving a beautifully elevated wedding. When it came to design, Erica worked magic. I asked for a candlelit dinner that felt intimate, warm, and elegant—an elevated family gathering. What started as a guest list of 50 somehow grew to 119, yet Erica still delivered a ceremony and reception space that felt deeply personal and inviting. Her ability to scale the design while maintaining the feeling I wanted was nothing short of remarkable. Her vendor management was another standout. Erica was our advocate every step of the way. She didn’t hesitate to negotiate contract terms, clarify miscellaneous charges, or push back when something didn’t align with our vision. Her long-standing relationships in the industry meant she could confidently guide us toward the best vendors for our style and needs. We always felt protected, informed, and supported. On top of all of her professional strengths, Erica is simply a warm, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful person. She answered every question promptly and thoroughly, made us feel completely taken care of, and brought a sense of calm confidence to every interaction. Erica is absolutely worth the investment—especially for couples with demanding schedules.     Allow me to begin this review with don't think twice-just book. From our first conversatio Erica brought kindness, clear direction, and a professionalism that immediately put us at ease. Her thoughtful questions and intentional listening showed we were in the hands of someone experienced, detail-oriented, and fully committed to our vision. Erica was hones about what was realistic for our budget. She kept me grounded with both patience and firn guidance when I struggled to be decisive. When we hit a few communication bumps with the resort and travel agency, she ensured we always felt protected, informed, and advocated for. There were no surprises because her transparency never wavered. Erica anc her team were a joy to work with, and thanks to their dedication, our wedding and receptio were everything we hoped for and more. We have stunning photos and even better memories because of them. We're truly and deeply grateful.

    There will never be enough words to describe how perfect my wedding day was due to Elite Eventz! If you are looking for a planner look no further than Erica with Elite Eventz. She’s professional, prompt and knowledgeable about all things wedding from start to finish! She made me feel comfortable enough to share all of my wedding day visions and make them come to life. You want a wedding planner that’s a veteran in the game and that knows how to put the bride first! You want a wedding planner that knows how to communicate and offer realistic advice, and by all means that’s Erica! Erica has a great since of community with her vendor list to make sure you pick reliable vendors. My whole family and bridal party enjoyed working with her as well. I wish I could give this review 100 stars because there is no way I would have been able to do this so perfectly without Elite Eventz! My wedding day exceeded my expectations!
