Edgewood Events, LLC, is owned and operated by Sara, Sr. Event Coordinator and Décor Designer. Sara has had experience coordinating over 150 weddings and numerous events including showers, benefits, rehearsal dinners, and holiday parties. She has spent most of her time working within the industry gaining experience and learning numerous aspects of events. Sara started Edgewood Events with the intent to not only bring joy and memorable events to her clients, but to also provide affordable services for your event. Allow us to be multiple vendors in one or customize to the needs of your event.
Edgewood Events can be your place for 3 VENDORS IN 1 or whichever service fits you best! Whether you are looking for Wedding Coordination, Decor Design and or Floral Service, we are ready to make your vision a reality. Our overall goal is to provide efficient services to our clients with a stress-free and most of all memorable time!

Sara was amazing to work with! I shared a few inspiration photos, and she brought my floral vision to life perfectly — even accommodating a few last-minute changes without hesitation. I truly felt like she cared about making sure everything was exactly how I wanted. My flowers were absolutely stunning, and I can’t thank her enough for her attention to detail and creativity.

Sara and her team at Edgewood were one of the best choices I made for our wedding. She made sure my day went off without a single issue, and her expertise let me truly enjoy the day as the bride. She excels in communication, professionalism, and organization. Decor set up/tear down, florals, rehearsal coordination, and wedding day coordination - she handled it all. My wedding was perfect thanks to her. I highly, highly recommend Edgewood Events - they were absolutely wonderful!

From the moment I first spoke with Sara at Edgewood Events, I knew I was in good hands. Her communication style is incredibly effective - she is insightful, kind, and extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. The quality of her work and the value she provides is unmatched. Sara and her team are incredibly organized, thoughtful, and intentional with every detail. When small issues arose on the day of, Sara quickly handled them, helping to significantly reduce my stress and allowing me to fully enjoy my wedding day. Her keen eye for attention to detail made my vision come to life in ways I couldn't have imagined. I cannot say enough good things about Sara and Edgewood Events. She did it all - day-of coordination, florals, linens, the cookie table, and so much more. I can be rather hard to please, but Sara made my day as special as can be. Anytime I was stressed, she calmly addressed my concerns and took care of things. She is truly the reason I had the most perfect wedding day, and I would recommend her a million times over.
