    From the very first moment Billy and I got onto our consultation video, I knew without a shadow of a doubt that she was “the one.” There was an instant sense of comfort, confidence, and genuine care that made the decision so easy. Choosing Billy as my wedding planner was hands-down one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding process. Her communication was truly unmatched — seamless, clear, and incredibly prompt. She always responded quickly, no matter how small or big my questions were. From walking me through marriage license details to offering amazing recommendations for our wedding reception catering, she had an answer for everything. In my opinion, what sets Billy apart is how personal and heartfelt she is. She’d check in just to say how excited she was, share in the joy of love, and remind me that this was supposed to be a happy meaningful time. If something was forgotten, then “it wasn’t meant to be part of your day.” Those little check-ins meant more than she will probably ever know. Planning a wedding 1,000 miles away definitely came with its moments, including a few mini meltdowns, but she handled everything to absolute perfection. Billy took the stress off my shoulders completely and executed every detail flawlessly, even when I was spiraling. I never once felt like I was bothering her or being “too much.” On the day of my wedding, she was nothing short of amazing. She kept me updated, calm, and reassured throughout the entire day. Even right before walking down the aisle, when my nerves were at their peak, she grounded me, soothed my anxiety, and made sure I was present and peaceful in the moment. She didn’t just plan my wedding — she carried the weight of it with care, love, and professionalism. If you are even considering working with her, DO IT! You will gain not only an exceptional wedding planner but someone who truly celebrates love right alongside you.

    Billy Rae is a gem. She is SUPER responsive and knows her stuff! She recommended the most beautiful venue I’ve ever seen, Live Oak Plantation. My daughter initially wanted a venue that was on the water, but Billy Rae insisted that we tour Live Oak…sooo glad we did. The day was magical. Billy Rae took care of everything so I could enjoy the day stress-free. Whatever came up, she gladly handled! And she’s such a wonderful person…I can highly recommend her services!

    Billy from DaSilva's Event Design was all that I could ask for in a wedding planner. I can't imagine trying to pull off my wedding without her. She is a true professional and I will be using her for my daughter's upcoming wedding as well! She was amazing and took care of everything, from the venue to the catering to the flowers. I would recommend DaSilva's Event Design 100 percent to any couple planning their wedding.

    Billy (and her team) are EXTRAORDINARY. From early chats with Billy to day of, she’s constantly in communication with you to execute your “big day” to perfection. She took all the stress away from us and our parents, allowing us to sit back and really enjoy the day. She was kind, excited, and very communicative! I’d hire her 10x again! GET THE PLANNER!!!
