Madexposure Photography

I was born in St. Louis, Missouri, the land of toasted raviolis, gooey butter cake and weirdly sliced bagels. At the age of 16, I started a job at Target and saved up all my paychecks to buy a digital camera... which was promptly stolen the same day. My friends all chipped in and bought me a new one for Christmas that year and I've been stuck behind the lens ever since. I went on to study photojournalism from the University of Missouri School of Journalism AKA Mizzou. There I learned so much about storytelling and the craft of photograph but also that I just wasn't cut out for the newsroom.
